Claims (13)
- 拡大した環状膨径部を持つおす部材を収容する中空のコネクタ本体と、
管挿込み検証組立体と、を有し、
前記管挿込み検証組立体は、クリップと、前記クリップに分離自在に結合される分離可能且つ再取付け可能な引張り部材と、を有し、
前記クリップは前記コネクタ本体と分離自在に係合する2つの脚を有し、
前記脚は互いに対向して前記コネクタ本体を係合するフックを有し、
前記おす部材が前記コネクタ本体に完全に挿着されない時には、前記管挿込み検証組立体は前記コネクタ本体に係合し、
前記おす部材が前記コネクタ本体に完全に挿着された時に、前記おす部材の環状膨径部は前記脚に接触して前記脚を外方に撓ませ、前記引張り部材に引張り力が加えられることにより前記コネクタ本体から前記クリップが分離され、
前記引張り部材はおす部材が完全にコネクタ本体に挿着されていないときに引張り部材に引張り力が加わると、前記引張り部材は前記クリップから分離すること、を特徴とする急速コネクタ継手。 - 前記引張り部材は孔を有し、前記クリップは前記孔の中で摺動自在に配置される柱を有することを、特徴とする請求項1に記載の急速コネクタ継手。
- 前記柱は2つの細長い離間した指部分を含んで前記2つの指部分間にスロットを画成し、前記指部分は、前記クリップが前記コネクタ本体に係合している時に、前記引張り部材に引張り力が加えられると互いに向かい合う方向に撓んで、前記引張り部材の前記クリップからの分離を促すことを特徴とする請求項2に記載の急速コネクタ継手。
- 前記脚の各々は、傾斜したリード表面を有するラッチを有することを特徴とする請求項1乃至3の何れか一項に記載の急速コネクタ継手。
- 前記クリップ内に画定され、且つ前記脚の間に配置される交差部材を更に有することを特徴とする請求項1乃至4の何れか一項に記載の急速コネクタ継手。
- 前記交差部材は前記コネクタ本体の半径方向外方に配置されることを特徴とする請求項5に記載の急速コネクタ継手。
- 前記コネクタ本体に設けられた突出部を更に有し、前記交差部材は切欠きを構成し、前記クリップが前記コネクタ本体に結合した時に前記突出部は前記切欠き内に少なくとも部分的に位置することを特徴とする請求項5又は6に記載の急速コネクタ継手。
- 前記コネクタ本体に形成されて入口に延びる軸孔と、
前記コネクタ本体に接続されて前記コネクタ本体の外側表面に突き出る突出部と、
前記脚の一方に隣接して偏位するように前記交差部材に形成されたタブと、
前記脚の各々に形成された傾斜したリード表面を有するラッチと、を更に有し、
前記傾斜したリード表面が前記コネクタ本体の前記入口から離れて面している時に、前記タブは前記管挿込み検証組立体の前記コネクタ本体に対する半径方向内方の動きにより前記突出部に接触し、
前記傾斜したリード表面が前記コネクタ本体の前記入口に面している時に、前記クリップの前記脚が前記コネクタ本体と分離自在に係合し、前記タブは前記突出部から隔置されることを特徴とする請求項5乃至7の何れか一項に記載の急速コネクタ継手。 - 前記クリップは、整合タブと、前記引張り部材に形成された孔であって前記整合タブを収容する切欠きを含んだ孔と、を有する柱を形成することを特徴とする請求項1乃至8の何れか一項に記載の急速コネクタ継手。
- 前記コネクタ本体に設けられ、前記クリップの前記脚の一つを収容するプルタブ案内スロットを画成する、後方案内リム及び前方案内リムをさらに有することを特徴とする請求項1乃至9に記載の急速コネクタ継手。
- 前記おす部材を前記コネクタ本体に固着するために前記コネクタ本体に配置された保持子をさらに有し、
前記保持子は、前記おす部材を前記コネクタ本体に固着するために前記環状膨径部と前記コネクタ本体との間に渡された保持梁を含むことを特徴とする請求項1乃至10の何れか一項に記載の急速コネクタ継手。 - 前記引張り部材は前記クリップに対して回転可能であることを特徴とする請求項1乃至11の何れか一項に記載の急速コネクタ継手。
- 請求項1乃至12の何れか一の請求項に記載の急速コネクタ継手を用いる方法であって、
拡大した前記環状膨径部を有する前記おす部材を配し、
中空の前記コネクタ本体を配し、
前記クリップ及び前記クリップに結合される引っ張り部材を有する前記管挿込み検証組立体を配し、
前記管挿込み検証組立体を前記コネクタ本体と結合させ、
前記環状膨径部が前記クリップから隔置される位置となるように前記おす部材を前記コネクタ本体に挿着し、
前記クリップから隔置された前記おす部材の前記環状膨径部より前記引張り部材に引張り力を加えさせ、
前記クリップより前記引張り部材を分離し、
前記引張り部材を前記クリップに対して再度取り付け、
前記環状膨径部が前記クリップに接触する位置となるように前記おす部材を移動させ、
前記クリップに接触した前記環状膨径部により前記引張り部材に前記引張り力を加えさせて前記クリップを前記脚から隔置し、
前記脚の間に位置する前記おす部材の前記環状膨径部より前記引張り部材に前記引張り力を加え、
前記コネクタ本体と前記クリップとの係合を解除する方法。
