上記実施形態において、端子30に形成する係合部34及び端子保持凹部22に形成する被係合部24の形状は、上記例に限られない。

Claims (6)
- 端子保持凹部を複数有するプリアライナと、
前記複数の端子保持凹部のそれぞれに一定姿勢で嵌め込み保持された複数の端子と、
前記プリアライナをインサート物として金型成形されたハウジング本体部と、
を備え、
前記ハウジング本体部は、一方が開口する略筺状に形成され、
前記プリアライナが前記ハウジング本体部の底部に一体的に組込まれることで、前記複数の端子が前記底部から前記ハウジング本体部の内部及び外部に突出した状態で保持されている、コネクタ。 - 請求項1記載のコネクタであって、
前記端子保持凹部は、前記端子をその側方から嵌め込み可能な形状に形成されている、コネクタ。 - 請求項1又は請求項2記載のコネクタであって、
前記端子保持凹部は、前記端子を圧入可能な形状に形成されている、コネクタ。 - 請求項1〜請求項3のいずれかに記載のコネクタであって、
前記端子に係合部が形成されると共に、前記端子保持凹部に前記係合部と係合して前記端子をその長手方向に位置決めする被係合部が形成された、コネクタ。 - 請求項1〜請求項4のいずれかに記載のコネクタであって、
前記端子は、線材を分断して形成されたものである、コネクタ。 - 複数の端子を、プリアライナに形成された複数の端子保持凹部のそれぞれに嵌め込む工程と、
前記プリアライナをインサート物として、ハウジング本体部を金型成形する工程と、
を備えるコネクタの製造方法。
