Abstract
【解決手段】電子部品接続用コネクタ100は、キャリア115とコンタクト110とを繋ぐと共に、キャリア115を折り取る折取部であるノッチ部114を備え、ノッチ部114は、板幅の中心部に、非ノッチ114aを残すとともに、この非ノッチ114aの両端にV字形状のノッチ114b,114cを設ける。ノッチ114b,114cは、板幅方向の端部に形成され、かつノッチ114bとノッチ114cとは左右対称形状である。また、ノッチ114b,114c及び非ノッチ114aからなるノッチ部114は、板の表面側と裏面側の両面に形成される。

Claims (12)
- キャリアと接続端子とが折取部を介して接続された接続端子構成体であって、
前記折取部は、折れ線上に、非ノッチ部分を挟んで複数のノッチを有することを特徴とする接続端子構成体。 - 前記折取部は、板状であり、
前記複数のノッチの少なくとも一つは、前記板幅方向の端部に形成されることを特徴とする請求項1記載の接続端子構成体。 - 前記折取部は、板状であり、
前記ノッチは、前記板の長手方向の中心線に対して対称形状であることを特徴とする請求項1記載の接続端子構成体。 - 前記折取部は、板状であり、
前記ノッチは、前記板の一面又は複数面に形成されることを特徴とする請求項1記載の接続端子構成体。 - 前記ノッチは、切欠又はV字形状の溝であることを特徴とする請求項1記載の接続端子構成体。
- 電子部品に接続する接続端子を有するコネクタであって、
前記接続端子は、キャリアから折り取るための折取部を備え、
前記折取部は、折れ線上に、非ノッチ部分を挟んで複数のノッチを有することを特徴とするコネクタ。 - 前記折取部は、板状であり、

- 前記請求項1記載のキャリアに繋がれた前記接続端子の一端部を、コネクタにおけるハウジングの所定挿入口に規定位置まで挿入し、
前記ハウジングに挿入された前記接続端子の他端部を、前記請求項1記載の折取部を軸として回動し、
前記ハウジングに挿入された前記接続端子を残して、前記回動により破断した前記折取部から前記キャリアを取り去る
ことを特徴とするコネクタの組立方法。
