Claims (1)
- 保持手段で実質的に固定位置に保持された毛管アレーの複数の毛管のそれぞれを整合させる装置であって、
電磁放射線を発生する発生手段と、
前記アレーの軸線に対して垂直かつ前記アレーを横切る経路に沿って前記毛管を連続的に走査するべく前記電磁放射線を向ける電磁放射線指向手段であって、前記電磁放射線は、前記毛管のそれぞれと個別に相互作用して可変強度放射線パターンを生じさせる電磁放射線指向手段と、
相互作用した前記電磁放射線を検出する検出手段と
を含み、
前記検出手段は、前記毛管の後方位置であって、前記アレーの軸線に対して垂直な前記経路に沿った位置と前記経路から離れた位置とから選択される一の位置に配置され、
前記検出手段は前記検出手段と前記毛管との間に配置されたスリットを有し、
前記毛管のそれぞれは、前記アレーの軸線に対して垂直にある前記検出手段と整合される装置。
