Claims (6)
- 燃焼用の凹み(2)を備えた、内燃機関のためのピストン(1)を製作する方法において、
以下の方法ステップ;
−燃焼用の凹み(2)の縁部を強化するのに適した形状を有する、リング状の繊維プレフォーム(3)を、ピストンヘッド(5)の平面上で、ピストン軸線(10)に対して同軸的に、ピストン(1)のための鋳型内で固定し、
−鋳型内で、ピストンヘッド(5)からトップランド(6)の軸方向長さに相当する間隔で、ピストン軸線(10)に対して同軸的にリング支持体(4)を固定し、
−ピストン素材を製作するための鋳型に、珪素の少ないアルミニウム−銅−溶融物を導入し、この場合、繊維プレフォーム(3)が、燃焼用の凹み(2)の縁部の領域にのみ位置しており、
−アルミニウム−銅−溶融物を繊維プレフォーム(3)に溶浸させるために、アルミニウム−銅−溶融物と繊維プレフォーム(3)との間に圧力差を形成し、
−既に鋳造されたピストン素材を、高温静水圧圧縮によって後圧縮し、高温静水圧圧縮に際して、ピストン(1)を4時間から6時間オートクレープに装入し、オートクレープに、400度から600度までの温度で、700barから1000barまでの圧力でガスを圧入し、
−ピストン(1)を製作するための切削加工による製作法によってピストン素材を加工し、ピストン(1)に、2番目および3番目のリング溝(7,8)を形成し、ボス孔(9)を備えたピンボスをピストン(1)に一体成形する、
方法ステップを有していることを特徴とする、内燃機関のためのピストンを製作する方法。 - アルミニウム−銅−溶融物に、1.8から4.5重量パーセントの銅と最大で0.7重量パーセントの珪素とを混合する、請求項1記載の方法。
- 繊維プレフォーム(3)を製作する際に、セラミック材料から成る繊維を使用し、繊維の成分が10%から20%の容量単位で生じるように、繊維を圧縮する、請求項1または2記載の方法。
- 繊維プレフォーム(3)を吸込管によって鋳型内で保持し、アルミニウム−銅−溶融物が繊維プレフォーム(3)に吸い込まれて、繊維プレフォーム(3)が溶浸されるような真空が吸込管に作用するようにすることによって、アルミニウム−銅−溶融物と繊維プレフォーム(3)との間に圧力差を生じさせる、請求項1から3までのいずれか1項記載の方法。
- 2番目および3番目のリング溝(7,8)の側面および底面に、アノード酸化によって酸化アルミニウム層を形成し、2番目および3番目のリング溝(7,8)を除くピストン(1)全体を、カバー層で被覆し、直流源のプラス極に接続し、電解液に含浸し、電解液の容器に、さらに直流源のマイナス極に接続された少なくとも1つのカソードを含浸する、請求項1から4までのいずれか1項記載の方法。
- ボス孔(9)を、転造によって平滑化して、硬化させる、請求項1から5までのいずれか1項記載の方法。
