Description
しかし、通常の水流制御弁は、動力伝達がギヤ機構を使用してなされるため、水流制御弁の構造が複雑であり、そのため製造工程の作業性が低下するという点で問題がある。
従って、本発明は、従来技術において生じる上記の課題に留意してなされ、本発明の目的は、改善された構造を有し、製造コストを削減し製品の信頼性を高める水流制御弁を提供することである。
本発明は、逆回転する同期モーター、同期モーターの回転力を前後の直線運動に変換する偏心カム、および偏心カムの動作を利用してハウジングを流れる水の量を調節する動力伝達ユニットを含む水流制御弁を提供する。従って本発明の水流制御弁は小型構造を有する。さらに、本発明の水流制御弁は、安価な通常のACモーターを同期モーターとして使用できるという利点を有する。
以下、本発明の好適な実施形態を添付の図面を参照して詳述する。
Claims (4)
- 互いに反対方向に駆動力を生じる一対の同期モーターと、
前記同期モーターの間に設置され、前記同期モーターと連動して動作し、前記駆動力が伝達される方向を変換する偏心カムと、
前記偏心カムと転がり接触し、ハウジングを流れる流体の量を前記偏心カムの動作を利用して調節する動力伝達ユニットと、
前記同期モーターおよび前記偏心カムの間に設置され、前記同期モーターの一方の駆動力を伝達しつつ、残りの同期モーターの駆動力が無負荷動作状態で伝達されないようにするラチェットギヤと、を備える水流制御弁。 - 前記動力伝達ユニットが、前記偏心カムの外周面にベアリングによって結合されたクランクシャフトと、前記クランクシャフトにヒンジによって結合され、前記ハウジングの結合穴に挿入されることで、前記ハウジングの入口の方へおよび入口から離れて移動できるロッドとを備える、請求項1に記載の水流制御弁。
- 前記ハウジングは、前記流体が引かれる入口と、前記入口と連絡する出口と、ロッドが前記入口の軸と同軸に配置されるように前記ハウジングに形成された結合穴と、前記結合穴に挿入された動力伝達ユニットの気密性を維持する少なくとも1つのOリングとを有する、請求項1に記載の水流制御弁。
- 前記偏心カムが、駆動力を長手方向で受けて回転力を側方向に伝達する回転シャフトを有する、請求項1〜3のいずれかに記載の水流制御弁。
