前記空間周波数フィルタの前記瞳周辺部の形状は輪帯であり、該輪帯の径方向の幅は前記対物レンズの開口数の1/4以下であってもよい。
Claims (5)
- レーザ光源から供給されるレーザ光を被検物に向けて集光する照射光学系と、
前記レーザ光に応じて前記被検物で生じる射出光を、前記レーザ光の集光点と共役な位置に配置された共焦点絞りを介して検出する検出光学系とを備え、
前記照射光学系と前記検出光学系との何れか一方の単独光路における対物レンズ瞳面又はその共役面には、
瞳周辺部及び瞳中心部の透過率が他の部分の透過率より高い空間周波数素子が配置される
ことを特徴とする共焦点顕微鏡。 - 請求項1に記載の共焦点顕微鏡において、
前記空間周波数素子は、前記照射光学系の単独光路に配置されている
ことを特徴とする共焦点顕微鏡。 - 請求項1または請求項2に記載の共焦点顕微鏡において、
前記空間周波数素子の前記瞳周辺部の形状は輪帯であり、前記空間周波数素子の前記瞳中心部の形状は円であり、
前記輪帯の径方向の幅は前記円の半径と同じである
ことを特徴とする共焦点顕微鏡。 - 請求項1〜3のいずれか一項に記載の共焦点顕微鏡において、
前記空間周波数素子の前記瞳周辺部の形状は輪帯であり、該輪帯の径方向の幅は前記対物レンズの瞳半径に相当する幅の1/4以下である
ことを特徴とする共焦点顕微鏡。 - 請求項1〜4のいずれか一項に記載の共焦点顕微鏡において、
前記空間周波数素子の前記瞳中心部の形状は円であり、該円の半径は前記対物レンズの瞳半径に相当する幅の1/4以下である
ことを特徴とする共焦点顕微鏡。
