Description
Claims (7)
- 前記保護膜は、Alを50原子%以上含有する金属材を陰極とするPVD法により形成されたものであることを特徴とする請求項1に記載のプレス成形用金型。
- 前記保護膜は、前記被成形体に接触する側にTiAlN系の材料からなる第1薄膜が形成されたものであることを特徴とする請求項3に記載のプレス成形用金型。
- 前記保護膜は、前記成形面上に形成されたCrN系の材料からなる第2薄膜が形成され、この第2薄膜上に前記第1薄膜が形成されたものであることを特徴とする請求項4に記載のプレス成形用金型。
- プレス成形用金型の少なくとも被成形体に接触する成形面上に、プレス成形時の焼き付きを防止するための保護膜を形成するプレス成形金型用保護膜の製造方法において、
反応ガス雰囲気中で、前記保護膜となる金属材料を陰極として、前記成形面上にPVD法により保護膜を形成する工程と、この保護膜の表面を研磨する工程と、を有し、
前記保護膜の表面を研磨する工程は、前記保護膜の表面から抜き出された任意の選択区間を複数の個別区間に分割し、その分割数をNとし、前記選択区間の端部からn番目の分割点が、n−1番目の分割点から前記選択区間が延びる方向にdXn、高さ方向にdZn移動した位置にあるとして、前記n番目の分割点における表面の傾斜を(dZn/dXn)としたときに、下記数式から算出される二乗平均平方根RΔqを0.032以下となるように研磨するものであることを特徴とするプレス成形金型用保護膜の製造方法。
