Claims (6)
- 処理槽内に浸漬された中空糸膜を透過させて原液を濾過する中空糸膜濾過装置において、
前記中空糸膜濾過装置は、濾過液排出ヘッダ管にそれぞれ開閉バルブを介して濾過液排出流路が接続され、該濾過液排出ヘッダ管が吸引ポンプの吸液口に接続され、該吸引ポンプの排液口に接続された濾過液排出ヘッダ管に開閉バルブが接続され、該濾過液排出ヘッダ管の開閉バルブと前記吸引ポンプとの間から分岐した逆洗ヘッダ管にそれぞれ開閉バルブを介して逆洗流路が接続されると共に該逆洗流路が前記濾過液排出流路の開閉バルブのそれぞれの上流側で連通された複数の中空糸濾過膜モジュールからなり、前記開閉バルブの開閉操作により該複数の中空糸濾過膜モジュール間で相互逆洗可能に構成された、中空糸膜濾過装置。 - 前記処理槽内にエアー供給手段及び、前記複数の中空糸濾過膜モジュール間で相互逆洗する際に前記エアー供給手段によるエアーの曝気量を増加させる曝気量制御手段を有する、請求項1に記載の中空糸膜濾過装置。
- 前記曝気量制御手段は、前記処理槽内に浸漬された複数の中空糸濾過膜モジュール全体に対して前記エアー供給手段によるエアーの曝気量を増加させる、請求項2に記載の中空糸膜濾過装置。
- 前記曝気量制御手段は、前記処理槽内に浸漬された複数の中空糸濾過膜モジュールのうち逆洗中の中空糸濾過膜モジュールに対してのみ前記エアー供給手段によるエアーの曝気量を増加させる、請求項2に記載の中空糸膜濾過装置。
- 前記曝気量制御手段は、前記処理槽内に浸漬された複数の中空糸濾過膜モジュールのうち、逆洗中の中空糸濾過膜モジュールと、濾過中の中空糸濾過膜モジュールとの間に形成される領域に対して前記エアー供給手段によるエアーの曝気量を増加させる、請求項2に記載の中空糸膜濾過装置。
- 前記処理槽内に攪拌手段を設け、前記複数の中空糸濾過膜モジュール間で相互逆洗する際に前記攪拌手段により該処理槽内の液を攪拌する、請求項1に記載の中空糸膜濾過装置。
