Description
本発明は、以下で幾つかの例をもとにより詳細に説明されるべきである。本発明による製造方法、本発明による粉末並びにそれらの本発明による使用を以下に説明するが、ただし本発明はこれに制限されるものではない。本願では、ポリマーという概念は、コポリマーをも含む。
Claims (29)
- 3次元の成形体を積層式で成形用具を使用せずに、その都度の粉末層の選択的な領域を電磁エネルギーの導入によって溶融させて製造するための方法で使用するのに適した粉末の製造方法において、該製造方法が、ポリマーもしくはコポリマーと少なくとも1種の水溶性のポリマー型のポリオールとを混合すること、該混合物を水中に溶解させて分散液を形成させること、ポリマー粒子又はコポリマー粒子を該分散液から分離すること、分離されたポリマー粒子又はコポリマー粒子を洗浄及び乾燥させることを含み、そのポリマー型のポリオールがポリエチレングリコール及びポリビニルアルコールからなる群から選択され、前記洗浄工程は、ポリマー粒子又はコポリマー粒子から形成される粉末が、ポリマー粒子又はコポリマー粒子に対して、0.001質量%〜5質量%のポリオールの含有量を含有するまで行う、前記方法。
- 請求項1記載の方法において、前記洗浄工程で水を使用することを特徴とする方法。
- 請求項1又は2記載の方法において、分離された粉末を粉末状の充填剤と混合し、その際、粉末の全量における充填剤の割合が、70容量%までであることを特徴とする方法。
- 請求項1から3までのいずれか1項記載の方法において、分散液中のポリマーもしくはポリマーと少なくとも1種の水溶性のポリマー型のポリオールとの質量比が1:99〜91:9であることを特徴とする方法。
- 請求項1から4までのいずれか1項記載の方法において、ポリエチレングリコールが、モル質量2000〜2000000g/モルを有することを特徴とする方法。
- 請求項1から5までのいずれか1項記載の方法において、ポリエチレングリコールが、種々異なるモル質量のポリエチレングリコールからなる混合物を含むことを特徴とする方法。
- 請求項1から6までのいずれか1項記載の方法において、ポリマー又はコポリマーが、PEEK、PAEK、PSU、PPSU、ポリアミド、脂肪族又は芳香族のポリエステル、脂肪族、脂環式又は芳香族のポリアミド、コポリアミド又はそれらの混合物を含むことを特徴とする方法。
- 請求項7記載の方法において、ポリアミドが、高融点のポリアミド、PA1010、PA610、PA6、PA66、PA46又はそれらの混合物を含むことを特徴とする方法。
- 3次元の成形体を積層式で成形用具を使用せずに製造するための方法で使用するのに適した粉末であって、該粉末が少なくとも1種のポリマー粉末又はコポリマー粉末を含有することを特徴とし、該ポリマー粉末又はコポリマー粉末が、0.001質量%〜5質量%のポリマー型のポリオールの含有量を有し、その際、そのポリマー型のポリオールがポリエチレングリコール及びポリビニルアルコールからなる群から選択されることを特徴とする粉末。
- 請求項9記載の粉末であって、該粉末が少なくとも1種の粉末状の充填剤を含有し、その際、粉末の全量における充填剤の割合が、70容量%までであることを特徴とする粉末。
- 請求項9又は10記載の粉末であって、該粉末が平均粒径5〜100μmを有することを特徴とする粉末。
- 請求項9から11までのいずれか1項記載の粉末であって、該粉末が平均粒径8〜80μmを有することを特徴とする粉末。
- 請求項9から12までのいずれか1項記載の粉末であって、該粉末が10m2/g未満又はそれと等しいDIN ISO 9277によるBET表面積を有することを特徴とする粉末。
- 請求項9から13までのいずれか1項記載の粉末であって、該粉末が3m2/g未満又はそれと等しいDIN ISO 9277によるBET表面積を有することを特徴とする粉末。

- 請求項9から16までのいずれか1項記載の粉末であって、該粉末が、3:1〜15:1の粒度分布d90対d10を有することを特徴とする粉末。
- 請求項9から17までのいずれか1項記載の粉末であって、該粉末が流動助剤を含有することを特徴とする粉末。
- 請求項9から18までのいずれか1項記載の粉末であって、該粉末が充填剤として無機粒子を含有することを特徴とする粉末。
- 請求項9から19までのいずれか1項記載の粉末であって、該粉末が有機顔料及び/又は無機顔料を含有することを特徴とする粉末。
- 請求項9から20までのいずれか1項記載の粉末であって、該粉末がカーボンブラック及び/又は二酸化チタンを含有することを特徴とする粉末。
- 請求項9から21までのいずれか1項記載の粉末であって、ポリエチレングリコールが、モル質量2000〜2000000g/モルを有することを特徴とする粉末。
- 請求項9から22までのいずれか1項記載の粉末であって、ポリエチレングリコールが、種々異なるモル質量のポリエチレングリコールからなる混合物を含むことを特徴とする粉末。
- 請求項9から23までのいずれか1項記載の粉末であって、ポリマー又はコポリマーが、PEEK、PAEK、PSU、PPSU、ポリアミド、脂肪族又は芳香族のポリエステル、脂肪族、脂環式又は芳香族のポリアミド、コポリアミド又はそれらの混合物を含むことを特徴とする粉末。
- 請求項24記載の粉末であって、ポリアミドが、高融点のポリアミド、PA1010、PA610、PA6、PA66、PA46又はそれらの混合物を含むことを特徴とする粉末。
- 請求項1から8までのいずれか1項記載の方法により製造できる粉末。
- 請求項9から26までのいずれか1項記載の粉末を、3次元の成形体を積層式で成形用具を使用せずに、その都度の粉末層の選択的な領域を電磁エネルギーの導入によって溶融させて製造するための方法で用いる使用。
- 請求項9から26までのいずれか1項記載の粉末を、3次元の成形体を積層式で成形用具を使用せずに、その都度の粉末層の選択的な領域を電磁エネルギーの導入によって溶融させて製造するための方法で用いることにより製造される成形体。
- 請求項28記載の成形体であって、該成形体が、0.0005質量%〜5質量%のポリオールの含有量を有することを特徴とする成形体。
