Claims (7)
- 道路マットの建設に用いられる舗装材料用の搬送システムであって、
搬送チャネル内に収容され、少なくとも1つの燃焼機関によって直接的又は間接的に駆動される少なくとも1つの搬送要素と、
主に前記搬送要素及び/又は前記搬送システム全体用の一次加熱装置とを備え、
前記一次加熱装置の負担を少なくとも部分的に軽減するために少なくとも二次加熱装置を有し、
前記二次加熱装置は、前記燃焼機関によって放出される直接的又は間接的な流出熱で作動され、
前記燃焼機関から前記搬送要素の領域まで延びる機関流出熱空気回収及び/又は案内システムが設けられ、前記機関流出熱空気回収及び/又は案内システムは、前記燃焼機関によって放出される流出熱に加えて、構成要素の群の駆動構成要素、ブレーキシステム、排気管、油圧モータ、油圧ポンプ、発電機、変圧器のうち、前記燃焼機関によって直接的又は間接的に駆動される少なくとも1つの発熱する前記構成要素によって発生される熱を、前記搬送要素の領域に供給することを特徴とする搬送システム。 - 前記二次加熱装置のみが、前記燃焼機関の排ガスを直接導入することなく、前記燃焼機関によって放出される直接的又は間接的な流出熱で作動されることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の搬送システム。
- 前記一次加熱装置は、電気加熱装置及び/又はガス加熱装置であることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の搬送システム。
- 前記電気加熱装置の前記一次加熱装置は、前記燃焼機関によって駆動される少なくとも1つの発電機と、赤外線放熱器及び/又は放射加熱体及び/又は加熱帯又は加熱棒とを備えることを特徴とする請求項3に記載の搬送システム。
- 前記一次加熱装置は、主に前記搬送要素又は前記搬送チャネルの片側に機能的に関連付けられ、
前記二次加熱装置は、主に前記搬送要素又は前記搬送チャネルの前記片側とは別の側に取り付けられることを特徴とする請求項1から請求項4までのいずれか1項に記載の搬送システム。 - 少なくとも前記燃焼機関は、機関ステーションに封入され、
前記機関ステーションは、周囲空気用の少なくとも1つの、地面に面する入口開口を有することを特徴とする請求項1に記載の搬送システム。 - 前記搬送要素及び/又は前記搬送システムは、少なくとも前記一次加熱装置によって前記搬送要素及び/又は前記搬送システムを最初に加熱した後で、前記一次加熱装置を停止させて前記二次加熱装置のみによって少なくとも一時的に加熱されることを特徴とする請求項1から請求項6までのいずれか1項に記載の搬送システム。
