本发明公开了一种玉米输送烘干机，包括截面呈方形的架体，所述架体的底部设有支脚，架体的顶部设有内凹呈等腰梯形的传送带，在所述传送带的底部和两侧分别设有一组辊轮，位于传送带底部的一组辊轮安装在中心支架上，所述中心支架固定在架体的顶部；位于传送带两侧的辊轮倾斜安装在侧支架上，所述侧支架固定在架体的两侧。本发明的有益效果是，可以通过双加热滚轮组进行烘干，通过传送带进行传送，通过传送带下部的三组辊轮对传送带进行支撑，使整个设备的设计更为合理，保证传动过程的平稳；同时通过双侧驱动齿轮的设计，可以使驱动装置设在玉米输送烘干机的任意一侧，给设备的使用带来了便利。

本发明涉及一种玉米输送烘干机，属于粮食输送、烘干设备领域。
背景技术
目前，玉米的输送设备和烘干设备是分别设计的，使用时需要将两种设备组合起来，这样难免造成工作分工不协调的问题，两种设备的采购时需要根据相对应的设备进行选购，这就给设备的使用造成了困难。
与此同时，两个设备使用时也容易产生相应的故障，使两个设备互相干扰。而在不使用的时候，两个设备的存放也成为一个较大的问题。
发明内容
为了解决上述问题，本发明提供一种玉米输送烘干机。
本发明的目的通过以下技术方案来具体实现：
玉米输送烘干机，包括截面呈方形的架体，所述架体的底部设有支脚，架体的顶部设有内凹呈等腰梯形的传送带，在所述传送带的底部和两侧分别设有一组辊轮，位于传送带底部的一组辊轮安装在中心支架上，所述中心支架固定在架体的顶部；位于传送带两侧的辊轮倾斜安装在侧支架上，所述侧支架固定在架体的两侧。
在所述架体的内部设有双加热滚轮组，所述双加热滚轮组中间设有传动齿轮，所述传动齿轮通过一主动齿轮驱动，并且所述主动齿轮的齿轮轴安装在架体的内部。
所述主动齿轮的两侧分别设有一个驱动齿轮，以使驱动装置可以从主动齿轮的任意一侧进行驱动。
本发明的有益效果是，可以通过双加热滚轮组进行烘干，通过传送带进行传送，通过传送带下部的三组辊轮对传送带进行支撑，使整个设备的设计更为合理，保证传动过程的平稳；同时通过双侧驱动齿轮的设计，可以使驱动装置设在玉米输送烘干机的任意一侧，给设备的使用带来了便利。

如图1所示，本发明实施例所述的玉米输送烘干机，包括截面呈方形的架体1，所述架体的底部设有支脚2，架体1的顶部设有内凹呈等腰梯形的传送带3，在所述传送带3的底部和两侧分别设有一组辊轮4，位于传送带3底部的一组辊轮安装在中心支架31上，所述中心支架31固定在架体1的顶部；位于传送带3两侧的辊轮倾斜安装在侧支架32上，所述侧支架32固定在架体1的两侧。
在所述架体1的内部设有双加热滚轮组5，所述双加热滚轮组5中间设有传动齿轮51，所述传动齿轮51通过一主动齿轮52驱动，并且所述主动齿轮52的齿轮轴安装在架体1的内部。
所述主动齿轮52的两侧分别设有一个驱动齿轮53，以使驱动装置可以从主动齿轮52的任意一侧进行驱动。
本发明的有益效果是，可以通过双加热滚轮组进行烘干，通过传送带进行传送，通过传送带下部的三组辊轮对传送带进行支撑，使整个设备的设计更为合理，保证传动过程的平稳；同时通过双侧驱动齿轮的设计，可以使驱动装置设在玉米输送烘干机的任意一侧，给设备的使用带来了便利。

1.玉米输送烘干机，包括截面呈方形的架体，其特征在于，所述架体的底部设有支脚，架体的顶部设有内凹呈等腰梯形的传送带；在所述架体的内部设有双加热滚轮组，所述双加热滚轮组中间设有传动齿轮，所述传动齿轮通过一主动齿轮驱动，并且所述主动齿轮的齿轮轴安装在架体的内部；所述主动齿轮的两侧分别设有一个驱动齿轮，以使驱动装置可以从主动齿轮的任意一侧进行驱动；在所述传送带的底部和两侧分别设有一组辊轮，位于传送带底部的一组辊轮安装在中心支架上，所述中心支架固定在架体的顶部；位于传送带两侧的辊轮倾斜安装在侧支架上，所述侧支架固定在架体的两侧。
