Claims (7)
- 低圧電力供給装置から供給された交流の低圧電力を直流電力に変換する第1の変換装置と、
該第1の変換装置に接続されたバッテリーと、
前記第1の変換装置で生成した直流電力及び前記バッテリーに蓄電された直流電力、又は前記バッテリーに蓄電された直流電力を用い、前記低圧電力より高い直流の高圧電力を生成する第2の変換装置と、
該第2の変換装置で生成した直流電力を電気自動車のバッテリーに供給する充電機とを備え、
前記電気自動車のバッテリーに対して定電流充電を行った後に定電圧充電を行う電気自動車のバッテリー充電装置であって、
前記充電機は、前記定電流充電の際に、前記バッテリー及び前記第1の変換装置から1台の電気自動車のバッテリーに前記直流電力を供給し、前記定電圧充電の際に、前記バッテリーからの直流電力の割合を徐々に減らすことにより、前記バッテリーからの直流電力よりも、前記第1の変換装置からの直流電力を優先して電気自動車のバッテリーに供給し、
該バッテリー充電装置の前記バッテリーに蓄電された直流電力を、給油所に設置されている計量機の非常用電源として利用することを特徴とする電気自動車のバッテリー充電装置。 - 該電気自動車のバッテリー充電装置のバッテリーは、所定の容量を有するバッテリーを複数設けたものであることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の電気自動車のバッテリー充電装置。
- 該電気自動車のバッテリー充電装置は、電気自動車のバッテリーに予め定められた所定の電力をプリセット充電することを特徴とする請求項1又は2に記載の電気自動車のバッテリー充電装置。
- 該電気自動車のバッテリー充電装置は、爆発性ガスを検知するガス検知器と、該ガス検知器によって所定のガスについて所定濃度が検知された場合に警報を発する警報器を備えることを特徴とする請求項1乃至3のいずれかに記載の電気自動車のバッテリー充電装置。
- 該電気自動車のバッテリー充電装置は、爆発性ガスを検知するガス検知器と、該ガス検知器によって所定のガスについて所定濃度が検知された場合に警報信号を発する発信器を備えることを特徴とする請求項1乃至4のいずれかに記載の電気自動車のバッテリー充電装置。
- 該電気自動車のバッテリー充電装置は、爆発性ガスを検知するガス検知器と、該ガス検知器によって所定のガスについて所定濃度が検知された場合に、前記第1の変換装置及び前記第2の変換装置の運転を停止する制御部を備えることを特徴とする請求項1乃至5のいずれかに記載の電気自動車のバッテリー充電装置。
- 請求項1乃至6のいずれかに記載のバッテリー充電装置を備えた給油所であって、該バッテリー充電装置の前記バッテリーに蓄電された直流電力を、該給油所に設置されている給油所機器の電源として利用することを特徴とする給油所。
