Claims (3)
- プリント基板に設置する略直方体のハウジングであって、平板状の相手側コンタクトが前記プリント基板に向かって挿入される挿入開口を第1面に設け、前記第1面に隣接する第2面に開口し、前記挿入開口に連通する収容室を有し、前記第1面に対向する第3面が前記プリント基板に当接する前記ハウジングに組み込むソケットコンタクトであって、
前記収容室に保持されるU字状の帯板で形成された基部と、
この基部の一方の端部から前記収容室の内部に向かって延出し、帯板状の先端部同士が前記相手側コンタクトを挟持する一対の弾性アームと、を備え、
前記基部は、
略矩形の平板状に形成された天板部と、
この天板部の両翼が屈折されて一対の前記弾性アームが延出する方向と直交する方向に略平行に延出する一対の帯板片と、
これらの帯板片の縁端部が屈折されて互いに相反する向きに延出し、前記プリント基板にはんだ接合可能な一対のリード部と、を有し、
前記天板部は、一対の前記弾性アームが延出する方向と同じ方向に延出して前記収容室の内壁に圧入される第1圧入片を有し、
一対の前記リード部は、一対の前記弾性アームが延出する方向と同じ方向に延出して前記収容室の内壁に圧入される第2圧入片及び第3圧入片を有し、
一対の前記弾性アームの先端部は、前記基部の一方の端部側から前記収容室の内部に向かって延出する、一対の当該弾性アームの先端部の板厚面が前記挿入開口に臨み、前記相手側コンタクトを当該挿入開口に挿入すると、一対の当該弾性アームの先端部を相反する向きに開くソケットコンタクト。 - 一対の前記弾性アームの先端部は、前記挿入開口に向かって開き、前記相手側コンタクトが挿入容易な一対の湾曲した案内片を有する請求項1記載のソケットコンタクト。
- 請求項1又は2記載のソケットコンタクトを備えるコネクタ。
