Claims (3)
- 透明基板の表面に紫外線照射と加熱とによって親液性を有する疎水性有機物からなる遮光層を形成する段階と、
前記遮光層の上面にフッ素系樹脂からなる、水分を遮断する遮断層を形成する段階と、
前記遮光層と前記遮断層とをパターニングし、上面に前記遮断層が形成されたブラックマトリックスを形成する段階と、
上面に前記遮断層が形成された前記ブラックマトリックスを加熱しつつ、前記ブラックマトリックスの上部に紫外線を照射する紫外線照射段階と、
を含み、
前記遮断層を形成する物質は、フッ素系単一結合からなることを特徴とする、カラーフィルタ用ブラックマトリックス製造方法。 - 前記紫外線照射段階において、前記ブラックマトリックスの側面を紫外線に露出させて空気中の水分を吸着させることにより、前記ブラックマトリックスの側面の表面エネルギーを増大させることを特徴とする、請求項1に記載のカラーフィルタ用ブラックマトリックス製造方法。
- 前記紫外線照射段階において、前記照射された紫外線を前記遮断層に透過させ、前記遮断層の表面エネルギーを低く維持させることを特徴とする、請求項1または2のいずれかに記載のカラーフィルタ用ブラックマトリックス製造方法。
