Claims (5)
- 透明電極フィルムの表面に平行に複数並べられた、一連の菱形形状からなる帯状電極を有する透明電極フィルムであって、前記帯状電極の片側の端部に、電極感度が前記菱形形状と同じである、引き回し回路と接続するための透明電極パターンが形成され、かつ前記帯状電極の反対側の端部にも前記透明電極パターンと同等の透明電極パターンが形成された、透明電極フィルム。
- 透明電極フィルムの表面に平行に複数並べられた、一連の菱形形状からなる帯状電極を有する透明電極フィルムであって、前記帯状電極の片側の端部に、前記菱形形状の一部と他の形状とが連なった外形からなる、引き回し回路と接続するための透明電極パターンが形成され、かつ前記帯状電極の反対側の端部にも前記透明電極パターンと同等の透明電極パターンが形成された、透明電極フィルム。
- 前記他の形状は長方形又は正方形である、請求項2に記載の透明電極フィルム。
- 前記帯状電極の両端に形成された前記透明電極パターンの各々は、互いに面積が同一であり、互いに平面形状が相違する、請求項1〜3のいずれかに記載の透明電極フィルム。
- 請求項1〜4のいずれかに記載の透明電極フィルムの2つが、互いの帯状電極が直交するように積層された、狭額縁静電容量センサ。
