Claims (11)
- ケーブルと相互接続するための電気コネクタ組立体(2,402,602,802)であって、前側嵌合面(20)及び導体受容面を有する絶縁ハウジング組立体(10)と、前記導体受容面に隣接するロック板部(230,430,630,830)と、前記導体受容面で出口角度以外の角度で前記ケーブルを再配向するよう構成されたケーブル出口部材(16,416,616,816)とを具備し、
前記ケーブル出口部材は前記ロック板部に取付け可能であり、
前記ロック板部は、前記ケーブル出口部材を受容する開口(252)により区画され、
前記ケーブル出口部材(16,416)は、その一端の取付けフランジ(320,520)と共に肘状部として画定され、
前記開口(252)は、前記取付けフランジ(320)を横方向に受容するよう構成されたU形状溝(232)を有することを特徴とする電気コネクタ組立体。 - 前記ハウジング組立体は第1及び第2のハウジング部(10,14,414,614,814)からなることを特徴とする請求項1記載の電気コネクタ組立体。
- 前記ロック板部は前記第1及び第2のハウジング部の一方と一体であることを特徴とする請求項2記載の電気コネクタ組立体。
- 前記開口(252)は、前記U形状溝に代えて、前記取付けフランジ(520)を横方向に受容するよう構成された円形状溝(432)を有することを特徴とする請求項1記載の電気コネクタ組立体。
- 前記取付けフランジは円形であり、
前記溝(232,432)が一閉鎖端に前記取付けフランジの半径に接近する曲率の半径を有することにより、前記取付けフランジは前記溝内で回転することができることを特徴とする請求項1記載の電気コネクタ組立体。 - 前記溝は開放端で前記取付けフランジより幅狭であり、所定位置にスナップ係合することを特徴とする請求項5記載の電気コネクタ組立体。
- 前記ケーブル出口部材(616)はほぼ直方体形状をなし、該ケーブル出口部材の側面の少なくともいくつかに沿ってケーブル出口開口(727)を有することを特徴とする請求項1記載の電気コネクタ組立体。
- 前記ロック板部(630)は、縦方向に延びるロックアーム(650)を有することを特徴とする請求項7記載の電気コネクタ組立体。
- 前記ロック板部(630)は、縦方向に延びる4本の前記ロックアームを有し、
隣接する前記ロックアーム間に、前記ケーブル出口開口(727)に一致する間隙を有することを特徴とする請求項8記載の電気コネクタ組立体。 - 前記ロック板部(830)はフェルール(806)に取り付けられ、
該フェルールは前記ケーブル(160)に圧着されていることを特徴とする請求項1記載の電気コネクタ組立体。 - 前記ケーブル出口部材(816)は、前記ロック板部(830)にラッチ固定された筒状部であることを特徴とする請求項10記載の電気コネクタ組立体。
