Claims (1)
- 平坦な板状電極とその上で溶接ガンを縦向き姿勢で上下に昇降させて被溶接物を挟み、溶接チップで加圧通電して溶接するスポット溶接機において、
前記溶接ガンに給電する給電ケーブルと接続した押圧給電体と当接または離間する給電導電体を設け、
前記押圧給電体の周りにピストン・シリンダ機構を一体に設け、
このピストン・シリンダ機構により、前記押圧給電体と前記給電導電体は接離する一方、前記押圧給電体と前記給電導電体の軸心を共通に冷却水通路を内設し、
前記押圧給電体と前記給電導電体にジョイント部材を設け、
前記ジョイント部材は絶縁性があり、かつ摺動性のある材料とし、
更に、前記ジョイント部材の軸心に冷却水通路を貫通させ、外周にはOリングを複数個埋設した、
ことを特徴とする前記溶接ガンへの給電装置。
