Claims (6)
- 矩形の筐体と、
該筐体の同一側面又は対向しないそれぞれの側面に形成された空気の吸込み口及び吹出し口と、
前記筐体内に配置された遠心ファン及び該遠心ファンを駆動するファンモータからなる送風機と、
前記吸込み口から吸込まれた空気と熱交換を行う熱交換器と、
圧縮機とを備えてなり、
建物の天井内部に設置される天井埋め込み型熱源機であって、
前記筐体の前記吸込み口が形成された側面と対向する側面には、前記送風機を搬出する搬出口が開閉可能に形成され、該搬出口を介して前記送風機を前記遠心ファンのファン回転軸方向に沿って前記筐体外へスライド移動させるスライド機構が設けられ、
前記筐体の吸込み口から吸込まれる空気の流路と前記送風機の空気吹出し口から吹出される空気の流路とを仕切る仕切り板が、前記筐体の吸込み口が形成された側面に直交して配置され、
前記送風機は、前記遠心ファンのファン回転軸を前記仕切り板の方向に沿わせて前記筐体内に配置され、
前記熱交換器は、前記送風機の空気吸込み側に、前記送風機を前記スライド移動する方向以外を囲うように水平方向の断面形状が略L字状になるように配置され、その短辺を前記筺体の前記吸込み口が形成された側面と前記送風機との間に設けてなることを特徴とする天井埋め込み型熱源機。 - 請求項1に記載の天井埋め込み型熱源機において、
前記仕切り板の前記筐体の吸込み口側には、前記取り付け台を係合固定するための引っ掛け爪が設けられ、前記取り付け台には、前記引っ掛け爪に係合固定される切り欠きが設けられることを特徴とする天井埋め込み型熱源機。 - 請求項1又は2に記載の天井埋め込み型熱源機において、
前記スライド機構は、前記仕切り板の吸込み空気の流路側の面に前記筐体の吸込み口が形成された側面に直交する方向に沿って並列に延在して形成された一対のガイドレールと、該ガイドレールに案内されてスライド移動可能に形成され前記送風機を固定する取り付け台とを含んで構成されることを特徴とする天井埋め込み型熱源機。 - 請求項1又は2に記載の天井埋め込み型熱源機において、
前記送風機を固定する取り付け台は、前記ガイドレールが形成された仕切り板と着脱可能に形成されることを特徴とする天井埋め込み型熱源機。 - 請求項1又は2に記載の天井埋め込み型熱源機において、
前記送風機は、同一回転軸上に直列に配置された少なくとも2以上のシロッコファンと、これらのシロッコファンを駆動するファンモータで構成されることを特徴とする天井埋め込み型熱源機。 - 請求項1乃至5のいずれかの天井埋め込み型熱源機と、室内熱交換器及び膨張弁を備えてなる室内機とを、冷媒を循環する配管で連結してなる空気調和機。
