Description
Claims (7)
- 生体の血液量を測定する装置(100)であって、
円筒形状をなし、外面から螺旋状に隆起した螺旋状部(112)を有し、前記生体の体腔内に挿入されるプローブ(8)と、
前記生体内の組織領域に光を照射する複数の測定部(12a〜12n)と、
前記複数の測定部(12a〜12n)それぞれによって照射された光が前記組織領域と相互に作用した作用光を受光する複数の集光部(7a〜7n)と、
前記複数の集光部(7a〜7n)がそれぞれ受光した前記作用光に基づいて、前記生体の血液量を示す情報を生成する分光処理部(9)と、
を備え、
前記複数の測定部(12a〜12n)は、前記螺旋状部(112)の外円周部に配置されていることを特徴とする装置(100)。 - 前記測定部(12a〜12n)は、平行光を照射することを特徴とする請求項1に記載の装置(100)。
- 前記測定部(12a〜12n)は、偏光を照射することを特徴とする請求項1に記載の装置(100)。
- 前記集光部(7a〜7n)に近接する位置に配置された少なくとも1つの偏光子(4)をさらに備えることを特徴とする請求項1〜3のいずれか一つに記載の装置(100)。
- 前記集光部(7a〜7n)に近接する位置に配置された2つの偏光子(41、42)をさらに備え、
2つの偏光子(41、42)は、偏光方向が互いに略直交することを特徴とする請求項1〜3のいずれか一つに記載の装置(100)。 - 前記分光処理部(9)は、
前記複数の集光部(7a〜7n)それぞれの前記生体からの前記作用光を示す信号を比較し、少なくとも1つの比較信号を生成するコンパレータ(626)と、
前記コンパレータ(626)が生成した前記比較信号に基づいて、照射された前記組織領域の前記血液量を示す情報を算出する処理部(622)と、
を有することを特徴とする請求項1〜5のいずれか一つに記載の装置(100)。 - 内視鏡をさらに備えることを特徴とする請求項1〜6のいずれか一つに記載の装置(100)。
