図面を参照するならば、図1は、本発明に従ってクリートアレイ102、104上を走行するトラクタ100を図解している。上述したように、本発明は、「クリートによるオートロケーション」と呼ぶことができる。
Claims (11)
- 車両に取り付けられているタイヤのホイール取り付け位置を自動的に判定する方法であって、各タイヤは、固有の識別情報が付属する形状変化感応センサを含んでおり、当該方法は、
所定の走行路に沿うように車両を向け、
上記所定の走行路に沿って、タイヤの形状変化を誘起する障害物の設計されたクリートアレイを設け、
各センサからのデータを集め、
集めたデータに、個々のセンサの固有の識別情報を組み合わせ、
クリートアレイの幾何学的な配置の情報を組み合わせて集めたデータを解析して、車両上のタイヤ取り付け位置を判定する
ことを特徴とする方法。 - タイヤの形状変化を誘起する障害物にタイヤが接触する前に、各形状変化感応センサからデータを集め始めることを更に含むことを特徴とする請求項1に記載の方法。
- タイヤの形状変化を誘起する障害物の設計されたクリートアレイを設けることは、前記走行路の左レーンと右レーンとの各々に複数の障害物を設けることを特徴とする請求項2に記載の方法。
- 前記車両は複数の車軸を有しており、各車軸には少なくとも2つのタイヤが取り付けてあり、
当該方法は更に、どの1つの車軸に取り付けたタイヤも、前記走行路の左レーン及び右レーンの両方の障害物と同時に接触しないように、前記複数の障害物を配置することを特徴とする請求項3に記載の方法。 - 更に、前記走行路の方向に対して直角以外の角度で前記複数の形状変化誘起障害物を配置することを特徴とする請求項4に記載の方法。
- 更に、前記複数の形状変化誘起障害物を寸法が不均一な障害物として配置することを特徴とする請求項4に記載の方法。
- 更に、プロセッサ部分とメモリ部分と受信機部分と送信機部分とを具備する電子制御ユニットを前記車両に付属させ、
各形状変化感応センサからのデータを、前記電子制御装置の前記メモリ部分に蓄積することを特徴とする請求項1に記載の方法。 - 少なくとも2つのタイヤが取り付けられている複数の車軸を有する車両に取り付けられているタイヤのホイール取り付け位置を自動的に判定するシステムであって、
前記車両に付属する電子制御装置と、
走行路に沿って配置された複数の障害物を含んでいる設計されたクリートアレイと、
前記車両に取り付けられている各タイヤに付属している形状変化感応センサと、
ユニークな識別情報を記憶していて、前記形状変化感応センサからのデータのための記憶手段として機能する、各形状変化感応センサに付属する記憶装置と、
前記電子制御装置に付属するメモリと、
前記電子制御装置に付属するプロセッサと、
を具備し、
前記電子制御装置に付属する前記メモリは、各形状変化感応センサに付属する前記記憶装置からデータを受信して記憶するように構成されており、前記プロセッサは、クリートアレイの幾何学的な配置の情報を組み合わせて前記形状変化感応センサのデータを分析して、前記車両に取り付けられている各タイヤの取り付け位置を判定するように構成されていることを特徴とするシステム。 - 各タイヤに付属する前記形状変化感応センサからデータを集め始めるための開始手段を更に具備し、前記開始手段は、前記走行路に付属する信号送信機を具備することを特徴とする請求項8に記載のシステム。
- 前記複数の形状変化誘起障害物が前記走行路の方向に対して直角以外の角度で配置されていることを特徴とする請求項8に記載のシステム。
- 前記複数の形状変化誘起障害物が寸法が不均一な障害物として配置されていることを特徴とする請求項8に記載のシステム。
