Claims (9)
- 軸方向へ延びる少なくとも1本の光ファイバ15を有するフェルール40を保持したプラグフレーム30と、前記プラグフレーム30を内部に保持するハウジング20とを備え、前記ハウジング20が、前記軸方向へ相対移動が可能なツマミ部材21とシャッタ保持部材22とから形成され、前記シャッタ保持部材22が、軸方向前方に位置する先端部71と軸方向後方に位置して該シャッタ保持部材22に保持された基端部72とを有するシャッタ部材70を備え、前記プラグフレーム30が、前記ツマミ部材21と所定量の軸方向への移動量を許された状態で連動しつつ、前記シャッタ保持部材22に対して軸方向に相対移動可能であり、かつ、前記ツマミ部材21が前記シャッタ保持部材22の軸方向後方へ移動した伸長状態と、前記ツマミ部材21が前記シャッタ保持部材22の軸方向前方へ移動した縮小状態とを有し、前記ハウジング20が、前記縮小状態において光コネクタアダプタ110に結合する形状を有するとともに、前記プラグフレーム30の先端部の側の外周に設けられた結合凹部35が前記光コネクタアダプタ110の結合爪135に結合して光接続状態になるプッシュオン締結方式の光コネクタプラグであって、
前記シャッタ保持部材22を前記プラグフレーム30に対して軸方向前方へ付勢する付勢手段90が、前記ハウジング20の内部に設置され、前記プラグフレーム30と連接している付勢手段受け部材95が、前記付勢手段90の軸方向後方に配置され、
前記光コネクタプラグの光非接続状態では、前記付勢手段90によって前記ツマミ部材21が前記シャッタ保持部材22の軸方向後方へ移動した前記伸長状態が維持されることを特徴とする光コネクタプラグ。 - 前記付勢手段90が、前記軸方向へ延びるコイルばねである請求項1に記載の光コネクタプラグ。
- 前記コイルばねが、光ファイバコードの外径よりも大きな内径を有する請求項2に記載の光コネクタプラグ。
- 前記付勢手段受け部材95が、光ファイバコードの外径よりも大きな内径を有する請求項1ないし請求項3いずれかに記載の光コネクタプラグ。
- 前記付勢手段受け部材95が、前記軸方向前方と後方とへ所定の移動量を許された状態で前記ツマミ部材21に係合している請求項1ないし請求項4いずれかに記載の光コネクタプラグ。
- 前記付勢手段受け部材95が、所定長さを有して軸方向へ延びる付勢手段第1支持部154と、前記付勢手段第1支持部154の周り方向外方に位置して軸方向へ延びる付勢手段第2支持部155とを有し、前記コイルばねが、前記付勢手段第1支持部154の外周面の外側に位置するとともに、前記付勢手段第2支持部155の内周面の内側に位置している請求項3ないし請求項5いずれかに記載の光コネクタプラグ。
- 前記コイルばねが、前記付勢手段第1支持部154の外径よりもわずかに大きい内径を有し、前記コイルばねの後端部が、前記付勢手段第1支持部154の外周面と前記付勢手段第2支持部155の内周面とに挟まれた状態で前記付勢手段受け部材95に支持されている請求項6に記載の光コネクタプラグ。
- 前記光コネクタプラグでは、前記付勢手段受け部材95と該付勢手段受け部材95の軸方向後方へ延びるブーツ59とが一体成形され、前記付勢手段受け部材95と前記ブーツ59とが一繋がりになっている請求項1ないし請求項7いずれかに記載の光コネクタプラグ。
- 前記光コネクタプラグが、前記縮小状態においてSC形光コネクタアダプタに結合される形状を有する請求項1ないし請求項8いずれかに記載の光コネクタプラグ。
