Claims (6)
- 軸方向へ延びる少なくとも1本の光ファイバ15を有するフェルール40を保持したプラグフレーム30と、前記プラグフレーム30を内部に保持するハウジング20とを備え、前記ハウジング20が、前記軸方向へ相対移動が可能なツマミ部材21とシャッタ保持部材22とから形成され、前記シャッタ保持部材22が、軸方向前方に位置する先端部71と軸方向後方に位置して該シャッタ保持部材22に保持された基端部72とを有するシャッタ部材70を備え、前記プラグフレーム30が、前記ツマミ部材21と所定量の軸方向への移動量を許された状態で連動しつつ、前記シャッタ保持部材22に対して軸方向に相対移動可能であり、かつ、前記ツマミ部材21が前記シャッタ保持部材22の軸方向後方へ移動した伸長状態と、前記ツマミ部材21が前記シャッタ保持部材22の軸方向前方へ移動した縮小状態とを有し、前記ハウジング20が、前記縮小状態において光コネクタアダプタ110に結合する形状を有するとともに、前記プラグフレーム30の先端部の側の外周に設けられた結合凹部35が前記光コネクタアダプタ110の結合爪135に結合して光接続状態になるプッシュオン締結方式の光コネクタプラグであって、
前記シャッタ部材70の先端部71が、前記プラグフレーム30と前記シャッタ保持部材22とが前記伸長状態と前記縮小状態との間で移動することにより、前記伸長状態において前記フェルール40の先端面を遮蔽する遮蔽位置と、前記縮小状態において前記フェルール40の先端面を前記ハウジング20の前方に露出させる非遮蔽位置との間で移動可能であり、
前記光コネクタプラグでは、前記シャッタ保持部材22が前記光コネクタアダプタ110の軸方向へ突出する保持部132,145に係入し、前記ツマミ部材21が前記伸長状態から前記縮小状態に移動する過程において、前記シャッタ部材70の先端部71が前記保持部132,145の先端157に対して前記軸方向へ離間対向していることを特徴とする光コネクタプラグ。 - 前記シャッタ部材70は、その基端部72がシャッタ保持部材22の軸方向後方に保持され、その先端部71がシャッタ保持部材22の軸方向中央に位置している請求項1記載の光コネクタプラグ。
- 前記シャッタ部材70の先端部71が、前記縮小状態において、前記プラグフレーム30の前記結合凹部35よりも軸方向後方に位置している請求項1または請求項2に記載の光コネクタプラグ。
- 前記シャッタ部材70が、板ばねで形成されている請求項1ないし請求項3いずれかに記載の光コネクタプラグ。
- 前記シャッタ保持部材22には、前記伸長状態において前記シャッタ部材70の先端部71を前記遮蔽位置に配置するために、前記シャッタ部材70を付勢するシャッタ付勢手段が設けられている請求項1ないし請求項3いずれかに記載の光コネクタプラグ。
- 前記光コネクタプラグが、前記縮小状態において、SC形光コネクタアダプタ110に結合される形状を有する請求項1ないし請求項5いずれかに記載の光コネクタプラグ。
