Claims (7)
- 衝撃波(20)により患者(4)の結石を破砕するための衝撃波源(10)を有する衝撃波システム(2)において、
心電図トリガ入力部(12)を有する結石破砕装置(8)と、この結石破砕装置(8)の心電図トリガ入力部(12)に接続可能な前置装置(38)とを備え、前置装置(38)は治療中に求められた患者(4)の血圧値(24)に関連する血圧信号(36)に対する血圧入力部(40)および心電図トリガ入力部(42)を有し、
該血圧信号(36)を評価しかつ該血圧信号(36)に依存して衝撃波源(10)を制御する制御及び評価ユニットを備え、
前置装置(38)は該制御及び評価ユニットとして機能し、前置装置(38)において血圧入力部(40)に与えられる血圧信号(36)および心電図トリガ入力部(42)に与えられる心電図トリガ信号(30)が評価され、かつ前置装置(38)においてこれらの血圧信号(36)および心電図トリガ信号(30)に基づいて結石破砕装置(8)へのトリガ信号(46)が生成されることを特徴とする衝撃波システム。 - 血圧信号(36)が血圧値(24)に依存するイエス・ノー信号であることを特徴とする請求項1記載の衝撃波システム。
- 血圧信号(36)が血圧値(24)を表す信号であることを特徴とする請求項1又は2記載の衝撃波システム。
- 血圧値(24)に対するしきい値(32)を持つしきい値スイッチが設けられていることを特徴とする請求項1乃至3の1つに記載の衝撃波システム。
- しきい値スイッチが血圧値(24)に対するヒステリシス値(62)を有することを特徴とする請求項4記載の衝撃波システム。
- しきい値(32)及び/又はヒステリシス値(62)が調整可能であることを特徴とする請求項4又は5記載の衝撃波システム。
- 血圧値(24)がしきい値(32)及び/又はヒステリシス値(62)に接近又は到達したことを表示する信号化装置(52)が設けられていることを特徴とする請求項4乃至6の1つに記載の衝撃波システム。
