Abstract
【解決手段】基端に棒状の把持部1、先端に医療行為に用いられる機能部3、把持部1と機能部3の間に設けられる棒状の形状記憶合金からなる形状記憶部2を備える医療用器具であって、把持部1には形状記憶部2の一端が長手方向から挿入される空間を有する保持部1Aを設けている。形状記憶部2の外面と保持部1Aの内面の間には間隙を有して、形状記憶部2を折り曲げる際、この間隙の範囲内で形状記憶部2は変形することができる。そして、折り曲げにより、形状記憶部2の外面が保持部1Aの開口の内縁部と当接することで、形状記憶部2が所定範囲を超えて変形するのが規制できる。

Claims (9)
- 基端に棒状の把持部と、
先端に医療行為に用いられる機能部と、
前記把持部と前記機能部の間に設けられる棒状の形状記憶合金からなる形状記憶部と、
前記把持部に形成されて前記形状記憶部の一部が長手方向から挿入される空間を有する保持部と、を有し、
前記保持部の内面と前記形状記憶部の外面との間には間隙を設けて、
前記形状記憶部は直線状態で記憶処理され、必要に応じて所定範囲内で前記形状記憶部を屈曲させて使用し、使用後には前記形状記憶部を記憶回復温度まで加熱することで前記形状記憶部を元の記憶処理した形状に戻されるものであり、
前記形状記憶部を折り曲げる際、前記形状記憶部の外面が前記保持部の開口先端の内縁部に当接することで前記形状記憶部が前記所定範囲を超えて変形するのを規制することを特徴とする医療用器具。 - 前記把持部と前記機能部の表面には、使用者が把持して操作する際に指が滑りにくいよう、ローレット加工や梨地加工を施すことを特徴とする請求項1に記載の医療用器具。
- 前記保持部の開口は前記機能部に向けて拡開していることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の医療用器具。
- 前記機能部は、前記形状記憶部との接続部分に前記形状記憶部の先端部が挿入される受部を更に備えて、前記受部の内面と前記形状記憶部の外面との間には間隙を設け、前記形状記憶部を折り曲げる際、前記形状記憶部の外面が前記受部の開口先端の内縁部に当接することで前記形状記憶部が前記所定範囲を超えて変形するのを規制することを特徴とする請求項1に記載の医療用器具。
- 前記受部の開口は前記把持部の方向に拡開していることを特徴とする請求項4に記載の医療用器具。
- 前記形状記憶部が、ニッケル−チタン合金からなることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の医療用器具。
- 前記機能部が、医療用ナイフ、医療用ミラー、医療用フック、医療用鈎、ダイレーターの何れかであることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の医療用器具。
- 前記医療用ミラーは、一対のミラーを蝶番状に連結して構成されて、前記蝶番の軸に前記形状記憶部が接続されることを特徴とする請求項7に記載の医療用器具。
- 前記医療用ミラーは、前記形状記憶部との接続部を頂点として円錐状に形成されており、前記円錐の内面を鏡面とすることを特徴とする請求項7に記載の医療用器具。
