Description
さらに、隔壁19が電池パック7の挿入側端部に当接し電池パック7の位置決めができるため、回路基板5の防水を図りながら確実に電池パック7を充電することができる。また、電池接続部8の突出部17を上ケース3と一体的に構成したため、別部材を設ける必要がなく簡単な構成で充電装置1を構成することができる。
Claims (6)
- 電池パックを保持する電池接続部と、
該電池接続部の下方に位置し前記電池パックの端子と接続する充電端子が設けられる回路基板と、
前記電池接続部が設けられる第1のケースと、
該第1のケースと共に本体ケースを形成し、該本体ケース内に浸入した水を排出する排出口を有する第2のケースと、
を備えた充電装置において、
前記電池接続部は、前記電池パックを保持する保持部を有し、
該保持部は、前記電池パックを挿入する挿入部と、該挿入部の底部に前記本体ケースの内側方向に突出しており突出方向に沿って貫通孔が形成された突出部と、前記充電端子が挿通する端子挿通孔とを有し、該端子挿入孔の外周には前記保持部の底部から前記本体ケース外側方向に突出し該端子挿通孔の少なくとも一部を覆い、前記挿入部に前記電池パックを挿入した際に前記電池パックの挿入側端部と当接する隔壁を設け、
該突出部は前記回路基板に設けられた挿入孔に挿入されることを特徴とする充電装置。 - 前記電池接続部の前記保持部と前記突出部の前記貫通孔は連通していることを特徴とする請求項1記載の充電装置。
- 前記突出部は、前記第1のケースと一体に構成されていることを特徴とする請求項1又は2に記載の充電装置。
- 前記突出部は、前記挿入孔に挿入された際に前記回路基板の下方に位置する部分を有することを特徴とする請求項1乃至3のいずれかに記載の充電装置。
- 前記充電端子は前記回路基板に直接取り付けられ、前記回路基板は前記充電端子の下方に位置することを特徴とする請求項1乃至4のいずれかに記載の充電装置。
- 前記第2のケースは前記本体ケース内側に突出するリブを有し、前記回路基板は該リブに当接して前記第2のケース内に収容され、前記回路基板を前記第1のケース及び前記第2のケース間に挟むことにより、前記突出部を前記挿入孔に挿入することを特徴とする請求項1乃至5のいずれかに記載の充電装置。
