Abstract

一种电池座附加跨接器的固定结构,其可一体组装并焊接于主机板上。此固定结构包括一绝缘本体、一第一弹片结构、一第二弹片结构以及多数个设定清除件。其中,绝缘本体具有一电池卡扣部以及一固定部,而第一弹片结构配置于电池卡扣部的底缘,用以电性接触一电池的电极。此外,第二弹性结构配置于电池卡扣部的侧缘,用以电性接触电池的另一电极。另外,具有多数个设定清除件配置于固定部,用于在导通时,清除CMOS设定值。

电池座附加跨接器的固定结构
技术领域
本发明涉及一种电池固定座,特别涉及一种电池座附加跨接器的固定结构。
背景技术
对大多数主机板来说,都设有清除CMOS设定的跨接器(俗称跳线,Jumper),以方便使用者进行重设操作。跨接器一般为三针或二针,位于主机板的CMOS电池固定座附近,并附有操作说明。当使用者将跳线帽连接标示为“CLR_CMOS”的二针脚时,储存在BIOS内的各种手动设定的参数会恢复到主机板出厂时的预设设定值。
此外,主机板上的CMOS电池固定座的针脚以及跨接器的针脚皆为DIP插入型式,可插入主机板并焊接固定。由于接脚过长,组装人员常会误触跨接器的“CLR_CMOS”的二针脚而造成短路,进而影响组装的效能。同时,跨接器虽然位于电池固定座的附近,但却是分开组装的两个独立的结构,无法一次组装完成,对组装人员非常不方便,也增加组装的时间。
发明内容
本发明的目的就是在于提出一种电池座附加跨接器的固定结构,其可一体组装并焊接于主机板上。
本发明提出一种电池座附加跨接器的固定结构,其包括一绝缘本体、一第一弹片结构、一第二弹片结构以及多数个设定清除件。绝缘本体具有一电池卡扣部以及一固定部,而第一弹片结构配置于电池卡扣部的底缘,用以电性接触一电池的电极。此外,第二弹性结构配置于电池卡扣部的侧缘,用以电性接触电池的另一电极。另外,具有多数个设定清除件配置于固定部,用于在导通时,清除CMOS设定值。
以下结合附图和具体实施例对本发明进行详细描述,但不作为对本发明的限定。

具体实施方式
图1为本发明一较佳实施例的电池座附加跨接器的固定结构及电池的立体示意图。图2为图1的电池座附加跨接器的固定结构的俯视图,图3为图1的电池座附加跨接器的固定结构的底视图。
请参考图1,电池座附加跨接器的固定结构100大致如下:由塑料或绝缘材质塑性成形所制成的一绝缘本体110,用以固定一钮扣状的锂电池10于绝缘本体110的一电池卡扣部120中。其中,电池卡扣部120利用卡槽122以及上方的一对卡勾124固持电池10的一方,之后使用者再将电池10的另一方往下压入电池卡扣部120中,使其扣合于一弹性结构130的嵌入部132下。当使用者欲取出电池10时,只需往外扳开弹性结构130,即可解除与电池10相互卡扣的嵌入部132。
此外,上述的弹性结构130为一金属弹片,其上方显露于电池卡扣部120的侧缘,故可由扣合电池10的同时以嵌入部132电性连接电池10的电极12,且金属弹片的下方末端弯折后延伸出绝缘本体110的底部(如图3所示)。因此,金属弹片的末端134可以表面焊接技术(Surface Mounting Technology,SMT)焊接于一电路板(未绘示)上,以传输电路板的CMOS设定的电力。
如图1所示,另一个弹片结构140同样是金属弹片,其上方显露于电池卡扣部120的底缘,故可由扣合电池10的同时电性连接电池10的另一电极14,且金属弹片的下方末端弯折后同样延伸出绝缘本体110的底部。因此,金属弹片的末端142同样可平焊于一电路板上,以传导电路板的CMOS设定的电力。
值得注意的是,本发明的绝缘本体110还具有与电池卡扣部120一体成型的一固定部150,用以固定二个或二个以上的设定清除件160。其中,设定清除件160为金属材质的针脚,其末端162弯折后可分别平焊于电路板上(如图3所示)。当使用者以跨接帽或金属件(未绘示)导通二针脚时,将执行清除CMOS设定值的操作,故储存在BIOS内的各种手动设定的参数会恢复到主机板出厂时的预设设定值。
由上述说明可知,二弹片结构130、140以及多个设定清除件160弯折之后均可平焊于电路板上,故可避免现有技术中DIP插入型式的针脚过长而误触的缺点。此外,将设定清除件160附加在电池座的绝缘本体110上成为单一个固定结构,除了节省空间,更可避免现有技术中分别组装跨接器以及电池固定座的不便,让组装人员能快速地组装完成,以节省工时。
请参考图1及图3,绝缘本体110可以采用具有多个固定脚112的加高结构,以使电池卡扣部120略高于附加的固定部150,以方便组装人员定位及焊接。但本发明不限定绝缘本体110的外型以及尺寸。
当然,本发明还可有其它多种实施例,在不背离本发明精神及其实质的情况下,熟悉本领域的技术人员当可根据本发明作出各种相应的改变和变形,但这些相应的改变和变形都应属于本发明所附的权利要求的保护范围。

Claims (6)

1.一种电池座附加跨接器的固定结构,其特征在于,包括:
一绝缘本体,具有一电池卡扣部以及相连的一固定部;
一第一弹性结构,配置于电池卡扣部的底缘,用以电性接触一电池的电极;
一第二弹性结构,配置于所述电池卡扣部的侧缘,用以电性接触所述电池的另一电极;以及
多数个设定清除件,配置于所述固定部,用于在导通时,清除CMOS设定值。
2.根据权利要求1所述的电池座附加跨接器的固定结构,其特征在于,还包括一跳线帽,其跨接并导通所述设定清除件。
3.根据权利要求1所述的电池座附加跨接器的固定结构,其特征在于,所述第一弹性结构为金属弹片,其末端可焊接于所述电路板上。
4.根据权利要求1所述的电池座附加跨接器的固定结构,其特征在于,所述第二弹性结构为金属弹片,其末端可焊接于所述电路板上。
5.根据权利要求1所述的电池座附加跨接器的固定结构,其特征在于,所述设定清除件为针脚,其末端可焊接于所述电路板上。
6.根据权利要求1所述的电池座附加跨接器的固定结构,其特征在于,所述绝缘本体还具有多数个固定脚,配置于所述电池卡扣部之下。
