Description
Claims (8)
- 膜ポンプ(1)であって、膜(11)、該膜(11)の駆動要素としての可動の接極子(8)を含む往復駆動電磁石装置、及び前記接極子(8)の往復動距離調節のためのストッパー部材(9)を有しており、前記接極子(8)と前記ストッパー部材(9)との間に少なくとも1つの弾性的なダンパー(36)を設けてある形式のものにおいて、前記弾性的なダンパー(36)は、少なくとも1つの圧縮室(26)を有しており、該圧縮室は、少なくとも1つの弾性的な画定壁面と、前記接極子(8)及び/又は前記ストッパー部材(9)の少なくとも1つの剛性的な画定壁面とによって画定、形成されるようになっており、前記弾性的な画定壁面は、弾性的なリング(15)によって形成されており、前記接極子(8)及び/又は前記ストッパー部材(9)の前記少なくとも1つの剛性的な画定壁面は、溝(31)を有しており、該溝内に前記弾性的なリング(15)をはめ込んであり、又は、段部(31a)を有しており、該段部に前記弾性的なリング(15)を被せ嵌めてあることを特徴とする膜ポンプ。
- 前記溝(31)内にはめ込まれた前記弾性的なリング(15)又は前記段部(31a)に被せ嵌められた前記弾性的なリング(15)は、前記剛性的な画定壁面を越えて突出している請求項1に記載の膜ポンプ。
- 前記1つの剛性的な画定壁面は、前記溝(31)内にはめ込まれた前記弾性的なリング(15)又は前記段部(31a)に被せ嵌められた前記弾性的なリング(15)と同一面を成しており、又は、前記溝(31)内にはめ込まれた前記弾性的なリング(15)又は前記段部(31a)に被せ嵌められた前記弾性的なリング(15)を越えて位置しており、かつ前記1つの剛性的な画定壁面と相対する前記別の前記剛性的な画定壁面に、前記弾性的なリング(15)との接触位置で該リングを負荷する環状のリングフランジ(24)を配置してある請求項1に記載の膜ポンプ。
- 前記弾性的なリング(15b)は、弾性的なプレート(25)に一体成形されている請求項1から3のいずれか1項に記載の膜ポンプ。
- 前記弾性的なリング(15b)は、前記弾性的なプレート(25)と一体にシャーレ状の成形部材を形成している請求項4に記載の膜ポンプ。
- 前記接極子及び/又は前記ストッパー部材の前記少なくとも1つの剛性的な画定壁面は、前記リング(15)の内側領域に凹設部(16)を有している請求項1から5のいずれか1項に記載の膜ポンプ。
- 前記接極子(8)を取り囲むスリーブ(4)を設けてあり、該スリーブは、前記接極子(8)と前記ストッパー部材(9)との間にある作業間隙(28)に対する通気のための、空気逃し開口部(27)を有している請求項1から6のいずれか1項に記載の膜ポンプ。
- 前記膜(11)は、膜覆い(12)と一緒に膜室(37)を画成しており、別の少なくとも1つの圧縮室(34)を前記膜室(37)の領域に設けてあり、前記膜室(37)に開口する弁接続通路(39)は、前記膜室(37)内へ突出するシール縁部(23,23a)を有している請求項1から7のいずれか1項に記載の膜ポンプ。
