Description
第2:絹繭素材は、家蚕あるいは野蚕の繭、これらの繭から得られる織物、編物、粉体、綿、または糸であること、および、絹繭原料は、繭殻、選除繭、屑繭、絹糸廃棄物または絹パウダー廃棄物である上記記載の電気二重層キャパシタ電極用絹繭炭素材。
このようにして得た炭素材は、たとえば、静電容量の大きな電気二重層コンデンサ用炭素材として好適に用いることができる。
Claims (4)
- 絹繭素材または絹繭原料の炭化物がアルカリ賦活されている電気二重層キャパシタ電極用絹繭炭素材であって、比表面積が1000m2/g以上であり、前記炭化物は、炭素85重量%以上、窒素10重量%以下を含有していることを特徴とする電気二重層キャパシタ電極用絹繭炭素材。
- 絹繭素材は、家蚕あるいは野蚕の繭、これらの繭から得られる織物、編物、粉体、綿、または糸であること、および、絹繭原料は、繭殻、選除繭、屑繭、絹糸廃棄物または絹パウダー廃棄物であることを特徴とする請求項1記載の電気二重層キャパシタ電極用絹繭炭素材。
- 絹繭素材または絹繭原料を600℃〜1000℃の温度範囲において不活性雰囲気下で炭化して炭素85重量%以上、窒素10重量%以下の炭化物とし、得られた炭化物をアルカリ賦活することを特徴とする電気二重層キャパシタ電極用絹繭炭素材の製造方法。
- アルカリ金属水酸化物によりアルカリ賦活することを特徴とする請求項3記載の電気二重層キャパシタ電極用絹繭炭素材の製造方法。
