Description
−ガラス瓶(塗布の開始時に、8℃で、乾燥している)。
−6% Opticoat(登録商標)140(水中、硬度 dH2°)。
−Opticoat(登録商標)140をスプレーにより、0.4ml/秒のエマルジョンフローで1秒間にわたって、回転する瓶に塗布する。
−120g/リットルのクエン酸ストック溶液を、濃度を変えて用いた。
−Opticoatの塗布の直後に、この瓶を、1時間にわたって室温で、90%より高い相対湿度(22〜26°)に条件設定し、その後、周囲条件にて乾燥した。
上記の条件設定で試験することを、変化する量(ml)のクエン酸のストック溶液を、Opticoat140エマルジョン(1リットル)に加え、その後、そのエマルジョンをガラス瓶に塗布して、クエン酸のコーティング重量に対する影響を評価することにより行なった。表1には、この結果をまとめてある。
実験を、実施例1に示した条件下で行なって、Opticoat140エマルジョンの瓶表面への塗布の直前及び直後の独立のスプレーとしてのクエン酸のスプレー塗布を、量(1リットルの水中のストック溶液のml)を変えて評価した。表2には、その結果をまとめてある。
酸、塩及び塩基の、瓶コーティングエマルジョンを凝離又は不安定化させる能力を評価した。クエン酸、酢酸、硫酸、塩化ナトリウム及びアンモニアを、それらの瓶マスキングエマルジョンの安定性に対する影響について評価した。エマルジョンブレーカー又は不安定化剤の重量百分率を変えて、10重量パーセントの瓶コーティング剤エマルジョン(水中)に加えた。油層の体積パーセントを経時的に測定して、この処理剤のエマルジョンを凝離させる能力を評価した。この試験した瓶コーティング組成物は、Opticoat140であった。表1〜5には、この結果がまとめてある。効果がごくわずかである場合には、表の項目がないことにより示したように試験を中止した。この表において、dHは、ドイツ基準に従って測定した硬度を示している。
Claims (16)
- 掻き傷マスキングコーティングをガラス表面に形成する方法であって、該方法は、下記:
ガラス表面に、水中油エマルジョン又は水中油の分散体を含む掻き傷マスキングエマルジョンを塗布すること;及び
十分量のエマルジョン不安定化剤を該掻き傷マスキングエマルジョンと混合することを含み、それにより、該水中油エマルジョン又は分散体を、該ガラス表面に接触させた後で不安定化させる当該方法。 - 前記の混合を、掻き傷マスキング組成物の塗布の前に行なう、請求項1に記載の方法。
- 前記の混合を、ガラス表面で行なう、請求項1に記載の方法。
- 前記のエマルジョン不安定化剤を、掻き傷マスキング組成物の塗布の前にガラス表面に塗布する、請求項3に記載の方法。
- 前記のエマルジョン不安定化剤を、ガラス表面に、本質的に、前記の掻き傷マスキング組成物と同時に塗布する、請求項3に記載の方法。
- 前記のエマルジョン不安定化剤を、掻き傷マスキング組成物の塗布の後にガラス表面に塗布する、請求項3に記載の方法。
- 前記の掻き傷マスキングコーティングを、スプレー、浸漬又は接触塗布手段によって塗布する、請求項1に記載の方法。
- 前記のエマルジョン不安定化剤を、酸及び多価イオン性物質よりなる群から選択する、請求項1に記載の方法。
- 前記の酸を、クエン酸、乳酸、塩酸、硫酸及びこれらの混合物の群から選択する、請求項8に記載の方法。
- 前記の多価イオン性物質を、カルシウム、鉄、ナトリウム、マグネシウムの塩又はこれらの混合物よりなる群から選択する、請求項8に記載の方法。
- 前記の掻き傷マスキング組成物が、更に、殺生物剤、エマルジョン安定剤及びこれらの混合物よりなる群から選択する化合物を含む、請求項1に記載の方法。
- 掻き傷マスキングコーティングをガラス表面に付着させるための掻き傷マスキング組成物であって、下記を含む当該組成物:
水連続相中に油相を含む掻き傷マスキングエマルジョン;
酸又は多価イオン性物質を含むエマルジョン不安定化剤組成物。 - 前記のエマルジョン不安定化剤を、酸及び多価イオン性物質よりなる群から選択する、請求項12に記載の組成物。
- 前記の酸を、クエン酸、乳酸、塩酸、硫酸及びこれらの混合物の群から選択する、請求項12に記載の組成物。
- 前記の多価イオン性物質を、カルシウム、鉄、ナトリウム、マグネシウムの塩又はこれらの混合物よりなる群から選択する、請求項12に記載の組成物。
- 殺生物剤、エマルジョン安定剤及びこれらの混合物よりなる群から選択する化合物を更に含む、請求項12に記載の組成物。
