Claims (6)
- 燃焼室(10)、外側ケーシング(16)及び内側ケーシング(32)を備えた少なくとも1つの圧縮機と、一連のブレード(12)を備えた少なくとも1つのタービンホイール(14)と、1つ又はそれ以上の支持軸受(34)を備えた少なくとも1つの高圧ロータ(38)とを含み、前記圧縮機が、適当なチャネル(20)を通して前記タービンホイール(14)に送られる冷却空気を発生することができるタイプのガスタービンにおける冷却を最適化するための装置(30)であって、
該装置(30)は、前記1つ又はそれ以上の支持軸受(34)のシール(36)内に適切な空気圧を維持する機能を有するための通気管であり、
前記タービンホイール(14)に向う総冷却空気流量を増加させるために、該通気管の外表面に該通気管の軸方向に1つ又はそれ以上の溝(26)を設けることにより、該通気管と該空気管と周囲の部材との間に冷却空気の通路を形成して、前記圧縮機から前記チャネル(20)に向う付加的な空気流量の通過を可能にする
ことを特徴とする装置(30)。 - 該装置が、1つ又はそれ以上の固定要素(28)によって、作動位置において前記外側ケーシング(16)上に組付けられることを特徴とする、請求項1記載の装置(30)。
- 前記溝(26)が、前記内側ケーシング(32)の壁内に挿入されるようになった該装置(30)の部分内に設けられることを特徴とする、請求項1記載の装置(30)。
- 前記溝(26)の寸法、形状及び数が、前記タービンホイール(14)の冷却必要量と同時にガスタービン性能の保障に基づいて供給される冷却空気量に従って設定されることを特徴とする、請求項1から請求項3のいずれか1項記載の装置(30)。
- 該装置が、ガスタービンの第1段の前記タービンホイール(14)の、前記圧縮機に面したフロント表面を冷却するために使用されることを特徴とする、請求項1から請求項4のいずれか1項記載の装置(30)。
- 請求項1から請求項5のいずれか1項による装置(30)を含むことを特徴とする、ガスタービン。
