Claims (5)
- ガスタービンエンジンタービン冷却システム(137)であって、
高圧ロータ(12)の環状遠心圧縮機インペラ(32)と、前記インペラ(32)の直ぐ下流側にあるディフューザ(42)と、
前記ディフューザ(42)の出口(140)の下流側にある抽気位置(95)から清浄冷却空気(97)を抽気するための冷却空気抽気手段と、
前記冷却空気抽気手段と流体連通した1つ又はそれ以上のチャンネル(150)と、
を備え、
前記1つ又はそれ以上のチャンネル(150)の各々が、ほぼ半径方向に延びるセクション(162)と、これに続くほぼ軸方向後方に延びるセクション(163)とを有し、前記1つ又はそれ以上のチャンネル(150)が、1つ又はそれ以上の加速器(165)を有する環状冷却空気プレナム(164)で終端し且つこれと流体連通しており、
前記1つ又はそれ以上のチャンネル(150)の各々の前記ほぼ軸方向後方に延びるセクション(163)が、内側燃焼器ケーシング(47)の冷却空気アパーチャ(157)を備える後方円錐セクション(161)で終端し、
前記後方円錐セクション(161)は、エンジン中心線(28)から外向きに発散し、且つ、前記1つ又はそれ以上のチャンネル(150)と前記環状冷却空気プレナム(164)との間に位置し、
前記ガスタービンエンジンタービン冷却システム(137)は、
内側燃焼器ケーシング(47)から半径方向外向きに延び且つこれに接合された半径方向に延びる前方端壁(96)を含む環状燃焼器ステータ組立体(94)と、
前記ディフューザ(42)の後方壁(100)である前記前方端壁(96)の半径方向外側部分と、
前記インペラ(32)及び前記環状キャビティ(74)間に配置され且つこれらと流体連通したステータプレナム(104)と、
を更に備え、
前記ステータプレナム(104)が、前記前方端壁(96)の半径方向内側部分(108)と、該前方端壁(96)の半径方向内側部分(108)の軸方向後方に間隔を置いて配置された環状カバー(120)とによって部分的に境界付けられ、
前記冷却チャンネル(150)の各々は、前記前方端壁(96)の半径方向外側部分(156)、前記環状カバー(120)、及び前記内側燃焼器ケーシング(47)に沿って延びるチャンネル内側壁(152)を有し、
前記環状カバー(120)が、平坦な環状壁セクション(127)と、これに続く円錐壁セクション(131)とを有するカバー後方壁(123)を含み、
前記ガスタービンエンジンタービン冷却システム(137)は、
前記チャンネル内側壁(152)から外向きに延び且つこれに取り付けられる円周方向に離間して配置されたチャンネル側壁(160)と、
前記チャンネル内側壁(152)から外向きに間隔を置いて配置され且つ前記チャンネル側壁(160)に取り付けられたチャンネル外側壁(154)と、
を更に備える
ことを特徴とする、ガスタービンエンジンタービン冷却システム(137)。 - 前記冷却空気抽気手段が更に、前記ディフューザ(42)の出口(140)の下流側にある抽気位置(95)と流体連通した環状マニホルド(148)を含む、
請求項1に記載のシステム。 - 前記抽気位置(95)が更に、前記ディフューザ(42)の出口(140)の下流側に配置される、
請求項2に記載のシステム。 - 前記ほぼ半径方向に延びるセクション及びほぼ軸方向後方に延びるセクション(162、163)が更に、前記冷却空気チャンネル(150)の湾曲セクション(173)を介して接続され、前記ほぼ軸方向後方に延びるセクション(163)が、前記湾曲セクション(173)から前記冷却空気プレナム(164)まで角度が付けられて半径方向内向きに延びる、
請求項1乃至3のいずれか1項に記載のシステム。 - 前記抽気位置(95)は更に、圧縮機吐出圧空気(76)がデスワールカスケード(44)にその内側半径部分(133)に沿って流入する場所に配置される、
