Claims (6)
- 少なくとも1つのエンジンケーシング(94)と少なくとも1つのロータ組立体(54)と高圧後部空洞(84)と高圧タービンディスク(60)とを含むガスタービンエンジン(10)を運転する方法であって、
供給管(90)を通して空気流を熱交換器(96)内に導く段階と、
前記熱交換器内で空気流を冷却する段階と、
冷却された空気流を前記エンジンケーシング内に導いて該ケーシングを冷却する段階と、
冷却された空気流を前記高圧後部空洞に導く段階と、
前記高圧タービンディスクの後面を冷却する段階と、
空気流の少なくとも一部分を前記熱交換器(96)に導いて冷却しかつ再利用する段階と
を含む方法。 - 前記熱交換器(96)が冷却媒体ループ(98)を含み、該方法が、前記熱交換器の冷却媒体ループを通して前記ガスタービンエンジンの燃料の少なくとも一部分を導いて該熱交換器内で空気流を冷却する段階をさらに含む、請求項1記載の方法。
- ファン(12)と、少なくとも1つの段及び吐出口を有する圧縮機(14)と、ブースタ(22)と、高圧後部空洞(84)と、少なくとも1つのディスク(60)を有する高圧タービン(18)と、前記圧縮機(14)及び高圧タービン(18)の周りで円周方向に延びる少なくとも1つのエンジンケーシング(94)とを含むガスタービンエンジン(10)用の間隙制御システム(88)であって、
前記ファン、ブースタ及び圧縮機の少なくとも1つからの空気を前記高圧タービンに導くように構成された空気供給管(90)と、
前記空気供給管と流れ連通して、該空気供給管を通過する空気流を冷却する熱交換器(96)と、を含み、
前記熱交換器が、冷却媒体ループ(98)を含み、
前記システムが、
冷却された空気流を前記高圧後部空洞に導き、前記高圧タービンディスクの後面を冷却し、
冷却空気流を前記熱交換器(96)に戻るように導いて再冷却しかつ再利用するように構成されている
ことを特徴とする、間隙制御システム(88)。 - 前記冷却媒体ループ(98)が、ガスタービンエンジン燃料ラインの一部分を含む、請求項3記載の間隙制御システム(88)。
- 前記空気供給管(90)が、前記エンジンケーシング(94)に接続されて、冷却空気流を該ケーシングの内部に導いて該ケーシングを冷却するようになっている、請求項3記載の間隙制御システム(88)。
- 前記空気供給管(90)が、前記ファン(12)、ブースタ(22)及び圧縮機(14)の段の少なくとも1つに接続されている、請求項3記載の間隙制御システム(88)。
