Claims (5)
- 空気(34)を加圧するための圧縮機翼(1〜7)の列を有する多段軸流圧縮機(18)と、
前記圧縮機(18)と流れ連通して配置され、前記加圧空気(34)と燃料(36)を混合して、燃焼ガス(38)を生成する環状燃焼器(20)と、
高圧(HP)タービン(22)であって、軸(30)によって前記圧縮機翼(1〜7)に結合された支持HPロータディスク(46)の周囲の対応するダブテールスロット(52)に取り付けられたダブテールを有するHPタービン翼(44)の列を含む前記HPタービン(22)とを有し、
前記HPディスク(46)は、幅広のハブ(62)で終了する前面(50)を有する前記周囲から内方に延在するウェブ(60)と、前記前面(50)に沿って半径方向に延在して、前記ダブテールスロット(52)と流れ連通する環状マニホルド(58)を画定する前方シールプレート(56)とを含んでおり、
前記圧縮機の中間段の前記圧縮機翼の隣接する列の間を半径方向内方に延びる中間抽気口から前記マニホルドまで流れ連通で結合され、該マニホルドまで中間抽出冷却用空気(34b)を導く中間冷却回路(48)をさらに有し、
前記燃焼器(20)が内側ケース(54)の周囲に支持され、
前記中間冷却回路(48)が前記圧縮機(18)と前記マニホルド(58)に流れ連通する前記HPディスク(46)との間の前記軸(30)の内部に配置され、
前記軸(30)が前記前方シールプレート(56)の基部において補助ハブ(66)で前記ディスクウェブ(60)に固定結合され、
前記中間冷却回路(48)が、前記補助ハブ(66)から前記中間段(5)の上流へ軸方向に延在する管状バッフル(68)に隣接し、
前記圧縮機の中間段(5)が前記圧縮機翼(5)の対応する列を支持する圧縮機ディスク(70)を含み、前記バッフル(68)が前記圧縮機ディスク(70)のハブまで前方に延在し、
前記中間冷却回路(48)の前記中間抽気口が、前記圧縮機ディスク(70)に沿った前記圧縮機翼(5)から半径方向内方に延在する複数の吸気管(72)をさらに有し、前記中間抽気(34b)を前記マニホルド(58)に導き、
前記HPタービン(22)が前記燃焼器(20)と前記HP翼(44)との間に配置された静翼(42)の列を有する第1段のHPタービンノズルを含み、前記静翼の前縁から後縁にわたって前記燃焼ガスの圧力を降下させ、
前記HP翼(44)の各々が、その前記前縁に沿って半径方向に延在する第1冷却孔(76)の前方列と、その前記後縁に沿って半径方向に延在する第2冷却孔(78)の後方列とをさらに含み、翼の内部冷却回路(74)から翼の冷却用空気を排気し、
前記HP翼(44)がその前縁から後縁にわたって前記燃焼ガスの圧力をさらに降下させるように構成され、
前記中間圧縮機段が前記圧縮機(18)の最終段の上流に配置されて、前記抽気(34b)の静圧を前記HP翼(44)の前記後縁における前記燃焼ガスの静圧以上にする、ガスタービンエンジン(10)。 - 前記内側ケース(54)から半径方向内方に延在し、前記補助ハブ(66)から半径方向外方に延在するラビリンスシール歯(82)を密封結合するシールフレーム(80)をさらに有し、
前記翼の冷却通路(74)が前記マニホルド(58)と流れ連通して配置され、そこからの前記中間抽気(34b)を受ける、請求項1に記載のエンジン。 - 前記中間段(5)が前記抽気(34b)の静圧を前記HP翼(44)の前記前縁における前記燃焼ガス(38)の相対全圧以上にするように構成される、請求項2に記載のエンジン。
- 前記翼の冷却通路(74)が前記中間冷却回路(48)から独立した回路内で前記圧縮機(18)の前記最終段(7)と流れ連通して配置される、請求項1に記載のエンジン。
- 前記補助ハブ(66)から前記前方シールプレート(56)の外側の前記HP翼(44)まで半径方向外方に延在する前部翼固定具(84)と、
前記内側ケース(54)から後部に延在して、前記HP翼(44)を通して圧縮機の排気(34)を導く環状インデューサ(86)とをさらに有する、請求項4に記載のエンジン。
