Claims (4)
- クラッチ支持軸(20)に軸方向移動を規制された状態で回転自在に支承されるとともに動力源(E)からの回転動力が伝達される円筒状のボス(46)と、前記クラッチ支持軸(20)の軸線方向の一端側に延びる外筒部(68a)を有して前記ボス(46)に相対回転不能に支持されるクラッチアウタ(68)と、前記クラッチアウタ(68)の外筒部(68a)内に延びる円筒部(69a)を有して、前記クラッチ支持軸(20)と同軸に配置される伝動軸(21)に軸方向移動可能且つ相対回転不能に連結されるクラッチインナ(69)と、前記クラッチアウタ(68)の前記外筒部(68b)内面に相対回転不能に係合される複数枚のクラッチプレート(70)と、それらのクラッチプレート(70)と交互に配置されて前記クラッチインナ(69)の前記円筒部(69a)外面に相対回転不能に係合される複数枚のクラッチディスク(71)と、相互に重なった前記クラッチプレート(70)および前記クラッチディスク(71)のうち前記一端側の前記クラッチプレート(70)または前記クラッチディスク(71)に対向するとともに前記一端側への移動が規制されるようにして前記クラッチアウタ(68)の前記外筒部(68b)内面に相対回転不能かつ軸方向移動可能に支持されるエンドプレート(72)と、前記クラッチプレート(70)および前記クラッチディスク(71)を前記エンドプレート(72)側に押圧することを可能として前記クラッチアウタ(68)の前記外筒部(68b)内に摺動可能に嵌合されるピストン(73)とを備えるクラッチ装置において、
前記エンドプレート(72)に、前記エンドプレート(72)の内周から半径方向内方に張り出す鍔状に形成されて前記クラッチインナ(69)の前記一端側への移動を規制する規制部(72b)が設けられ、前記規制部(72b)は、前記クラッチ支持軸(20)の軸線方向で前記外筒部(68b)の外端より内方に配置されると共に、該規制部(72b)の先端が前記クラッチ支持軸(20)と直交する投影面で見て前記クラッチインナ(69)の前記円筒部(69a)と重なることを特徴とするクラッチ装置。 - 前記クラッチ支持軸(20)に設けられた環状突部(80)および前記ボス(46)間に配置されて前記クラッチ支持軸(20)を同軸に囲繞する前記伝動軸(21)が、軸方向移動および相対回転を可能として前記クラッチ支持軸(20)に支承され、前記クラッチアウタ(68)に、軸方向の移動を可能とするとともに相対回転を不能として前記ボス(46)を囲繞するとともに前記軸方向一端側の端面を前記ボス(46)の端面と略同一位置とした内筒部(68b)が設けられ、該内筒部(68b)および前記ボス(46)と、前記伝動軸(21)および前記クラッチインナ(69)との間に、相互に離間する方向のばね力を発揮する第1のウェイブワッシャ(82)が介装されることを特徴とする請求項1記載のクラッチ装置。
- 前記規制部(72b)は、リング状のワッシャ(78)を介して前記クラッチインナ(69)に当接することを特徴とする請求項1又は2に記載のクラッチ装置。
- 環状突部(80)が、前記伝動軸(21)を挟んで前記ボス(46)と対向する位置で前記クラッチ支持軸(20)に設けられ、該環状突部(80)と前記伝動軸(21)との間に第2のウェイブワッシャ(81)が介装されることを特徴とする請求項1ないし3の何れかに記載のクラッチ装置。
