Claims (10)
- 電気機械(16)のステータが取り付けられたハウジング(10)を含み、前記ハウジング(10)の材料が、軸受(24)の支持部品(40)の材料より良い熱伝導率を有し、電気機械のロータ(14)は、支持部品(40)により支持される軸受(24)でガイドされ、前記支持部品(40)の材料が、ハウジング(10)の材料より小さい熱膨張率を有する、航空機エンジンのアクセサリボックスであって、
軸受(24)の支持部品(40)が、電気機械のステータカバー(42)により支持され、該ステータカバー(42)が、アクセサリボックスのハウジング(10)に取り付けられて、前記ステータカバー(42)が前記支持部品(40)の材料より良い熱伝導率を有する材料で構成されることにより、電気機械のステータとアクセサリボックスのハウジング(10)との間でヒートブリッジを形成することを特徴とする、アクセサリボックス。 - 軸受の支持部品(40)が、ステータカバー(42)の穴に固定され、アクセサリボックスのハウジング(10)の対応する穴に心合わせされることを特徴とする、請求項1に記載のアクセサリボックス。
- 軸受の支持部品(40)が、ステータカバー(42)の穴と、アクセサリボックスのハウジング(10)の穴とに係合される円筒形スカート(50)を外周に含む環状部品であり、環状部品の内周が、軸受(24)の外輪(30)の取り付け手段を含むことを特徴とする、請求項1または2に記載のアクセサリボックス。
- 支持部品(40)が、ステータカバー(42)とアクセサリボックスのハウジング(10)との間で締め付けられる環状の外縁(52)を含むことを特徴とする、請求項1から3のいずれか一項に記載のアクセサリボックス。
- 軸受の外輪(30)が、ボルトにより支持部品(40)に固定されることを特徴とする、請求項1から4のいずれか一項に記載のアクセサリボックス。
- 軸受の支持部品(40)が、チタン製であることを特徴とする、請求項1から5のいずれか一項に記載のアクセサリボックス。
- ステータカバー(42)およびアクセサリボックスのハウジング(10)が、アルミニウム製であることを特徴とする、請求項1から6のいずれか一項に記載のアクセサリボックス。
- ハウジング(10)の材料より小さい熱膨張率を有する材料から構成されており、電気機械のステータカバーの穴およびアクセサリボックスのハウジング(10)の穴に取り付けられる円筒形スカート(50)を含むことを特徴とする、請求項1から7のいずれか一項に記載の航空機エンジン用アクセサリボックスの軸受支持部品。
- 軸受(24)の支持部品(40)の材料より良い熱伝導率を有する材料で製造され、環状の形状を取り、内周が、軸受の支持部品(40)の心合わせ面を形成し、外部が、アクセサリボックスのハウジング(10)への取り付け固定手段を形成することを特徴とする、請求項1から7のいずれか一項に記載の航空機エンジン用アクセサリボックスのステータカバー。
- 請求項1から7のいずれか一項に記載のアクセサリボックスを備えた、航空機エンジン。
