Description
Claims (6)
- 重質な原料油からより軽質な生成油を生成する重質油軽質化装置において、
酸化還元電位が−850mV以下であってpHが12以上であるアルカリイオン水を前記原料油中に乳化することによって乳濁液を生成する乳濁液生成部と、
熱媒体を貯留すると共に、前記乳濁液の液滴が前記熱媒体の表面へ滴下されるように前記乳濁液の液滴が導入される生成槽部と、
前記生成槽部を加熱する加熱部とを備え、
前記生成槽部の内部は、前記熱媒体が上下に循環可能な閉ループ状に構成され、
前記加熱部は、前記生成槽部の閉ループ下部における前記熱媒体を加熱する下部加熱部と、前記下部加熱部で加熱されて前記生成槽部の閉ループ側部を上昇する前記熱媒体を加熱する側部加熱部とを備える、高温のガスが流通される加熱ガス流路部を備えること
を特徴とする重質油軽質化装置。 - 前記生成槽部は、大気に開放されていること
を特徴とする請求項1に記載の重質油軽質化装置。 - 前記乳濁液中に乳化している前記アルカリイオン水の粒径は、3〜5μmであること
を特徴とする請求項1又は請求項2に記載の重質油軽質化装置。 - 前記乳濁液中における、原料油の重量に対する前記アルカリイオン水における水の重量の割合は、5〜30重量%であること
を特徴とする請求項1乃至請求項3の何れか1項に記載の重質油軽質化装置。 - 前記アルカリイオン水は、カルシウムイオンを含むこと
を特徴とする請求項1乃至請求項4の何れか1項に記載の重質油軽質化装置。 - 重質な原料油からより軽質な生成油を生成する重質油軽質化方法において、
酸化還元電位が−850mV以下であってpHが12以上であるアルカリイオン水を前記原料油中に乳化することによって乳濁液を生成する工程と、
加熱された熱媒体の表面へ前記乳濁液の液滴を滴下する工程とを備えること
を特徴とする重質油軽質化方法。
