Description
以下、添付図を用いて本発明の実施の形態を説明する。
(実施例1)
図1に、本発明に用いた重質油を高温高圧水処理して、重質油に含まれるバナジウム等の金属を重質油から除去し、金属分を除去した改質燃料を製造する重質油改質システムを示す。
本実施例では重質油を高温高圧水で改質した改質油をガスタービン燃焼器に供給しガスタービンで発電し、さらに、燃焼排ガスの廃熱を利用し該高温高圧水を生成させる、ガスタービン廃熱を有効利用するためのシステムで、図3を用いて説明する。
本実施例では重質油を高温高圧水で改質した改質油をガスタービン燃焼器に供給しガスタービンで発電するシステムの制御方法で、図4を用いて説明する。本システムでは、軽油および軽油を燃焼器に供給するための軽油ポンプ32を設け、ガスタービン起動時には軽油をガスタービン燃焼器で燃焼し、ガスタービンを駆動した後の燃焼排ガスで水熱交換器50を加熱する。
Claims (5)
- 接触・反応器の上部から鉛直下向きに重質油を供給し、該接触・反応器の下部から供給した高温・高圧水と接触させる第一工程と、前記接触・反応器の内部で、前記高温・高圧水に軽質油分を溶解させ、前記高温・高圧水に溶解しない重質油分と、前記高温・高圧水に溶解した前記軽質油分とを沈降法によって分離させる第二工程と、前記重質油分を前記接触・反応器の下部から抜き出し、前記軽質油分を前記接触・反応器の上部から抜き出す第三工程とを備えたことを特徴とする重質油の処理方法。
- 前記高温・高圧水は超臨界水又は亜臨界水であることを特徴とする請求項1記載の重質油の処理方法。
- 前記高温・高圧水は酸化剤を含むが、アルカリ金属を含まないことを特徴とする請求項1又は2記載の重質油の処理方法。
- 前記重質油と前記高温・高圧水とを混合して、15〜30MPa、温度400℃〜480℃、液体ベース滞留時間1〜10分で接触又は接触・反応させることを特徴とする請求項1ないし3のいずれか1項に記載の重質油の処理方法。
- 前記重質油と前記高温・高圧水とを反応させることによって生成した改質燃料の温度測定値をもとに、ガスタービンへの改質燃料の供給開始時刻を決定することを特徴とする請求項1ないし4のいずれか1項に記載の重質油の処理方法。
