Claims (12)
- 駆動力源と該駆動力源の動力を駆動輪へ伝達する動力伝達装置とを備える車両用駆動装置において、該車両用駆動装置を構成する所定の回転部材の回転速度に関連する実際値と理論値とを比較して該動力伝達装置の異常を判定する異常判定手段を備える車両用駆動装置の制御装置であって、
前記異常判定手段は、
前記所定の回転部材の回転速度に関連する実際値と理論値とを比較した比較値が所定値以上となる異常状態が所定時間継続したときに前記動力伝達装置が異常であると判定するものであり、
前記動力伝達装置の運転状態に応じて前記所定時間を設定するものであり、
前記所定の回転部材の実回転速度が低い場合には高い場合と比較して前記所定時間が長くなるように設定するものであることを特徴とする車両用駆動装置の制御装置。 - 前記異常判定手段は、前記比較値が小さい場合には大きい場合と比較して前記所定時間が長くなるように設定するものである請求項1の車両用駆動装置の制御装置。
- 前記比較値は、前記所定の回転部材の実回転速度と理論回転速度との差分である請求項1または2の車両用駆動装置の制御装置。
- 前記比較値は、前記所定の回転部材の実回転速度と理論回転速度との回転速度比である請求項1または2の車両用駆動装置の制御装置。
- 前記理論回転速度は、前記動力伝達装置の少なくとも一部の出力回転速度関連値と変速比とから算出したものである請求項3または4の車両用駆動装置の制御装置。
- 前記比較値は、前記動力伝達装置の少なくとも一部の実変速比と理論変速比との差分である請求項1または2の車両用駆動装置の制御装置。
- 前記異常判定手段により前記動力伝達装置が異常であると判定されたときには前記所定の回転部材が過回転とならないようにフェールセーフ制御を実施するフェールセーフ制御手段を更に備えるものである請求項1乃至6のいずれか1の車両用駆動装置の制御装置。
- 前記フェールセーフ制御手段は、前記所定の回転部材における駆動力を減少させて前記所定の回転部材の過回転を抑制するものである請求項7の車両用駆動装置の制御装置。
- 前記動力伝達装置は、エンジンに連結された第1要素と第1電動機に連結された第2要素と伝達部材および第2電動機に連結された第3要素とを有して該エンジンの出力を該第1電動機および該伝達部材へ分配する差動機構を有する差動部と、該伝達部材から駆動輪への動力伝達経路に設けられて自動変速機として機能する変速部とを備えたものであり、
前記異常判定手段は、前記変速部の異常を判定するものである請求項1乃至6のいずれか1の車両用駆動装置の制御装置。 - 前記異常判定手段により前記変速部が異常であると判定されたときには前記伝達部材および前記第2電動機の少なくとも一方が過回転とならないようにフェールセーフ制御を実施するフェールセーフ制御手段を更に備えるものである請求項9の車両用駆動装置の制御装置。
- 前記フェールセーフ制御手段は、前記変速部に入力される前記エンジンおよび前記第2電動機の少なくとも一方からの動力を減少させて前記フェールセーフ制御を実施するものである請求項10の車両用駆動装置の制御装置。
- 前記差動部は、前記第1電動機の運転状態が制御されることにより無段変速機として作動するものである請求項9乃至11のいずれか1の車両用駆動装置の制御装置。
