Claims (7)
- 容器内にガス缶を投入する工程と、
前記容器を密閉し、前記容器内の酸素を減らすために真空ポンプを用いて減圧する工程と、
減圧された前記容器内で前記ガス缶を潰して内部の残留ガスを前記容器内へ放出させる工程と、
前記容器内で増加した可燃性ガスを前記真空ポンプを用いて排気し、前記容器内を減圧する工程と、
前記容器内に不活性ガスを導入して、前記容器内を大気圧に戻す工程と
を有することを特徴とするガス缶の処理方法。 - 前記容器内の残留ガスを前記真空ポンプで外部に排出する工程の前後に、前記容器内の残留ガスを、溶剤内を通過させ前記残留ガス内に含まれるミスト状の液状物を捕捉する工程を設けたことを特徴とする請求項1記載のガス缶の処理方法。
- 前記減圧された容器内で前記ガス缶を潰して内部の前記残留ガスを放出させる際に、前記ガス缶内に残留している液状物を前記容器外に排出する工程を有することを特徴とする請求項2記載のガス缶の処理方法。
- 前記不活性ガスとして、蒸気、窒素、及び、可燃物を酸化させて発生した排ガスから選ばれる少なくとも1種類以上を導入することを特徴とする請求項1から3のいずれかに記載のガス缶の処理方法。
- 前記容器内を約47.9kPa以下に前記真空ポンプを用いて減圧することを特徴とする請求項1から4のいずれかに記載のガス缶の処理方法。
- ガス缶を潰す缶潰し機を備えた容器と、
前記容器内の酸素を減らすために減圧する真空ポンプと、
前記容器内に不活性ガスを導入する手段とを有し、
前記真空ポンプの吸引側又は吐出側に第1タンクを設け、該第1タンク内にガス缶内の液状物を捕捉する溶剤を入れ、前記容器内の気体が減圧されるとき前記第1タンク内の溶剤を通過する
ことを特徴とするガス缶の処理装置。 - 可燃物を酸化させる補助容器を設け、該補助容器内で発生した排ガスを前記容器内に供給可能に接続したことを特徴とする請求項6に記載のガス缶の処理装置。
