Description
(式中、Mo、Bi、Fe、Si及びOはそれぞれモリブデン、ビスマス、鉄、ケイ素及び酸素を示す。Mはコバルト及びニッケルから選ばれる少なくとも1種の元素を示す。Xはクロム、鉛、マンガン、カルシウム、マグネシウム、ニオブ、銀、バリウム、スズ、タンタル及び亜鉛から選ばれる少なくとも1種の元素を示す。Yはリン、ホウ素、硫黄、セレン、テルル、セリウム、タングステン、アンチモン及びチタンから選ばれる少なくとも1種の元素を示す。Zはリチウム、ナトリウム、カリウム、ルビジウム、セシウム及びタリウムから選ばれる少なくとも1種の元素を示す。a、b、c、d、e、f、g、h及びiは各元素の原子比率を表し、a=12のときb=0.01〜3、c=0.01〜5、d=1〜12、e=0〜8、f=0〜5、g=0.001〜2及びh=0〜20であり、iは前記各成分の原子価を満足するのに必要な酸素原子比率である。)
触媒成分として、このような少なくともモリブデン、ビスマス及び鉄を含む押出成形触媒は、一般に(1)触媒成分を含む粒子を製造する工程、(2)得られた触媒成分を含む粒子を混練りする工程、(3)得られた混練り品を押出成形する工程、(4)乾燥及び/又は熱処理する工程を経て製造される。
不飽和アルデヒドの選択率(%)=(C/A)×100
不飽和カルボン酸の選択率(%)=(D/A)×100
合計収率(%)={(C+D)/B}×100
ここで、Aは反応した反応原料のモル数、Bは供給した反応原料のモル数、Cは生成した不飽和アルデヒドのモル数及びDは生成した不飽和カルボン酸のモル数である。
圧縮強度:藤井精機(株)製 小型材料試験機 FSP−100型で測定し、平均圧縮強度は30個の成形体を測定した平均値である。
純水2000部に、パラモリブデン酸アンモニウム500部、パラタングステン酸アンモニウム12.4部、硝酸セシウム23.0部、三酸化アンチモン27.4部及び三酸化ビスマス33.0部を加え、加熱、攪拌した。更に、硝酸第二鉄209.8部、硝酸ニッケル75.5部、硝酸コバルト453.3部、硝酸鉛31.3部及び85%リン酸5.6部を順次加え、加熱、攪拌し、水性のスラリーとした。
実施例1において、グルコマンナン5部の代わりに、グルコマンナン3部と粘度(1%水溶液、20℃における粘度)が4000mPa・sであるヒドロキシプロピルメチルセルロース2部とを添加した以外は、実施例1と同様に成形触媒を製造し、反応を行った。反応結果を表1に示す。
実施例1において、グルコマンナン5部の代わりに、グルコマンナン2部と粘度(1%水溶液、20℃における粘度)が15000mPa・sであるヒドロキシプロピルメチルセルロース2部と粘度(1%水溶液、20℃における粘度)が40mPa・sのカードラン1部とを添加した以外は、実施例1と同様に成形触媒を製造し、反応を行った。結果を表1に示す。
実施例1において、グルコマンナン5部の代わりに、グルコマンナン1部と粘度(1%水溶液、20℃における粘度)が15000mPa・sであるヒドロキシプロピルメチルセルロース4部とを添加した以外は、実施例1と同様に成形触媒を製造し、反応を行った。結果を表1に示す。
実施例1において、グルコマンナン5部の代わりに、グルコマンナン2部と粘度(1%水溶液、20℃における粘度)が40mPa・sであるカードラン3部とを添加した以外は、実施例1と同様に成形触媒を製造し、反応を行った。結果を表1に示す。
実施例1において、グルコマンナンを加えずに、得られた触媒焼成物100部に対して純水35部だけを添加した以外は、実施例1と同様に成形触媒を製造し、反応を行った。得られた成形触媒は保形性の非常に低いものであった。反応結果を表1に示す。
実施例1において、グルコマンナン5部の代わりに、粘度(1%水溶液、20℃における粘度)が15000mPa・sであるヒドロキシプロピルメチルセルロース4部と粘度(1%水溶液、20℃における粘度)が40mPa・sのカードラン1部とを添加した以外は、実施例1と同様に成形触媒を製造し、反応を行った。結果を表1に示す。
Claims (4)
- プロピレン、イソブチレン、第三級ブチルアルコール又はメチル第三級ブチルエーテルを分子状酸素により気相接触酸化し、不飽和アルデヒド及び不飽和カルボン酸を製造する際に用いられる、少なくともモリブデン、ビスマス及び鉄を含む成形触媒の製造方法であって、触媒成分を含む粒子に、グルコース単位及びマンノース単位を含む重合体を加えることを特徴とする不飽和アルデヒド及び不飽和カルボン酸製造用触媒の製造方法。
- 触媒成分を含む粒子に、グルコース単位及びマンノース単位を含む重合体並びにβ−グルカン誘導体を加えて成形することを特徴とする請求項1記載の触媒の製造方法。
- 前記重合体が、グルコマンナンである請求項1又は2記載の触媒の製造方法。
- 前記β−グルカン誘導体が、メチルセルロース、カルボキシメチルセルロース、ヒドロキシプロピルメチルセルロース、ヒドロキシエチルメチルセルロース、及びβ−1,3−グルカンのいずれか1種以上である請求項2に記載の触媒の製造方法。
