Claims (1)
- 水容器に蓄えた水の水分を利用した反応により雰囲気の対象ガス濃度を検出する電気化学式ガスセンサを備えたガス警報器において、
前記ガスセンサの異常を検出する自己診断機能を有するとともに、
前記ガスセンサの温度を判断して前記自己診断機能の実行と該自己診断機能の禁止とを選択的に実行する処理ステップを有し、
該ガスセンサの温度が氷点以下でないと判断されたときは前記処理ステップの処理タイミングを第1タイミングに設定して該処理ステップにより自己診断機能の実行を選択し、該ガスセンサの温度が氷点以下であると判断されたときは該処理ステップの処理タイミングを第1タイミングより短い第2タイミングに設定して該処理ステップにより自己診断機能の禁止を選択し、さらに、ガスセンサの温度が氷点を超えた場合には、自己診断を実行するとともに、その後、当該自己診断の処理を第1タイミングにて実行することを特徴とするガス警報器。
