(1)アルミナセメントを除く水硬性セメント
商品名:普通ポルトランドセメント(株式会社トクヤマ社製)
(2)アルミナセメント
商品名:デンカアルミナセメント1号(電気化学株式会社製)
(3)無機炭酸塩
商品名:ソーダ灰(デンス)(株式会社トクヤマ社製)
(4)無水石膏
商品名:無水フッ酸石膏(セントラル硝子社製)
(5)ポゾラン反応を行う粉体
商品名:フライアッシュ(中国電力小野田工場製)
注入材のブリーディング率、ゲル化時間、24時間後の圧縮強度、B液の安定性および乾燥収縮率は下記の方法により測定した。
下記の実施例、比較例で得られた注入材をJSCE−F 522−1999プレパックドコンクリートの注入モルタルのブリーディング率および膨張率試験方法(ポリエチレン袋方法)に準拠して、ブリーディングを測定した。
下記実施例、比較例で得られた注入材を容器内に静置し、容器を傾けても内容物が動かなくなるまでの所要時間をゲル化時間とした。
5φ×10cmのモールドに下記実施例、比較例で得られた注入材を流し込み20±2℃で密封養生し、24時間後にJISA1216(1998)土の一軸圧縮試験方法に準拠して測定した。
調製したB液をビーカー内で静置し、調製してから3時間以内に硬化物が生成しないものを合格(○:まる)とした。
4cm×4cm×16cmの型枠に下記実施例、比較例で得られた注入材を流し込み、20±2℃で養生し、24時間後に脱型したのち基準となる寸法を測定した。次に20±2℃で気中養生し、28日後に寸法を測定し、基準となる寸法と比較した。
表1、表2に示す配合割合で土質安定用地盤注入材を製造し、上記試験方法により評価を行った。
Claims (3)
- アルミナセメントを除く水硬性セメントを含んでなる主材液と、アルミナセメント、および無機炭酸塩を含んでなる硬化材液とを組み合わせてなる土質安定用地盤注入材であって、前記硬化材液に、前記主材液におけるアルミナセメントを除く水硬性セメント100質量部に対して、アルミナセメントが5質量部以上80質量部以下、および無機炭酸塩が1〜15質量部配合されてなり、更に、前記主材液と前記硬化材液との混合液に、アルミナセメント100質量部に対して、石膏が100質量部を超え250質量部以下の量含有され、かつ、ポゾラン反応を行なう粉体が50質量部以上300質量部以下含有されてなることを特徴とする土質安定用地盤注入材。
- 石膏及びポゾラン反応を行なう粉体が硬化材液側に含まれる請求項1記載の土質安定用地盤注入材。
- ポゾラン反応を行なう粉体がフライアッシュである請求項1又は2記載の土質安定用地盤注入材。
