Description
PCB微量混入絶縁油を抜き出した後の柱上変圧器を破砕しこれを真空加熱し回収された留出液が含まれるPCB微量混入絶縁油を被処理油とし、PCB混入絶縁油無害化処理装置1を約2月間運転した後の反応槽17を対象とした。反応槽17の内部を覗き窓から観察すると、反応槽17の壁面、攪拌翼27、攪拌軸29のうち接液部に灰褐色のスケールがびっしりと付着していた。

Claims (5)
- PCB混入絶縁油に金属ナトリウムと反応促進剤とを添加し、これらを反応させPCBを脱塩素化する反応槽において、油酸化変質物を含むPCB混入絶縁油を脱塩素化するとき反応槽内壁面に付着するスケールの除去方法であって、
スケールは、油酸化変質物を含むPCB混入絶縁油と金属ナトリウム及び/又は油酸化変質物を含むPCB混入絶縁油と金属ナトリウムと反応促進剤とが反応し生成する反応生成物が前記反応槽の内壁面に付着、積層成長したものであり、反応槽内壁面に付着するスケールを水と絶縁油とからなる洗浄液で溶解除去することを特徴とするスケール除去方法。 - 前記洗浄液でスケールを溶解除去するとき反応槽に絶縁油を張り込み、その後、水を添加しスケールを溶解除去することを特徴とする請求項1に記載のスケール除去方法。
- 前記洗浄液でスケールを溶解除去するとき加温状態で行うことを特徴とする請求項1又は2に記載のスケール除去方法。
- 前記油酸化変質物は、C=O結合及びC−O結合を含むことを特徴とする請求項1から3のいずれか1に記載のスケール除去方法。
- 前記油酸化変質物は、PCB混入絶縁油を抜き取った後の柱上変圧器を破砕し、該破砕物を真空加熱し回収される紙木類乾留物を含む留出液に含まれることを特徴とする請求項1から4のいずれか1に記載のスケール除去方法。
