Description
基板5として無アルカリガラス(14mm×16mm×0.7mm)を用い、この基板5の片側表面にスパッタリング法によりITOからなる厚み150nm、シート抵抗10Ω/□の透明電極として電極1を形成した。
上記の実施例1において、導電性ポリマー7とフラーレン誘導体6を溶解希釈するクロロベンゼンとジクロロベンゼンの混合有機溶媒として、クロロベンゼンとジクロロベンゼンとを前者対後者が25:75の質量比となるように配合したものを用いるようにした。この他は実施例1と同様にして有機太陽電池を得た。
上記の実施例1において、導電性ポリマー7とフラーレン誘導体6を溶解希釈するクロロベンゼンとジクロロベンゼンの混合有機溶媒として、クロロベンゼンとジクロロベンゼンとを前者対後者が50:50の質量比となるように配合したものを用いるようにした。この他は実施例1と同様にして有機太陽電池を得た。
上記の実施例1において、導電性ポリマー7とフラーレン誘導体6を溶解希釈するクロロベンゼンとジクロロベンゼンの混合有機溶媒として、クロロベンゼンとジクロロベンゼンとを前者対後者が75:25の質量比となるように配合したものを用いるようにした。この他は実施例1と同様にして有機太陽電池を得た。
上記の実施例1において、導電性ポリマー7とフラーレン誘導体6を溶解希釈するクロロベンゼンとジクロロベンゼンの混合有機溶媒として、クロロベンゼンとジクロロベンゼンとを前者対後者が80:20の質量比となるように配合したものを用いるようにした。この他は実施例1と同様にして有機太陽電池を得た。
上記の実施例1において、導電性ポリマー7とフラーレン誘導体6を溶解希釈する有機溶媒として、クロロベンゼンを単独で用いるようにした。この他は実施例1と同様にして有機太陽電池を得た。
上記の実施例1において、導電性ポリマー7とフラーレン誘導体6を溶解希釈する有機溶媒として、ジクロロベンゼンを単独で用いるようにした。この他は実施例1と同様にして有機太陽電池を得た。

Claims (3)
- フラーレン誘導体及び導電性ポリマーを含有する光電変換層と、水溶性高分子材料を含有する正孔輸送層とを、2つの電極間に備えて形成される有機太陽電池を製造するにあたって、2つの電極のうち一方の電極に設けた正孔輸送層の表面に、フラーレン誘導体及び導電性ポリマーと、溶媒としてクロロベンゼン及びジクロロベンゼンを含有して調製される溶液を塗布することによって、光電変換層を形成する工程を備え、クロロベンゼンとジクロロベンゼンの質量比率が、80:20〜10:90であることを特徴とする有機太陽電池の製造方法。
- フラーレン誘導体がC70誘導体であることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の有機太陽電池の製造方法。
- 導電性ポリマーが、ポリパラフェニレンビニレン又はポリチオフェンを主骨格とするものであることを特徴とする請求項1又は2に記載の有機太陽電池の製造方法。
