Claims (4)
- 一方の電極が放電容器の外部に配置され、該放電容器の内部には放電用ガスが封入され、該一方の電極と対を成す他方の電極との間には誘電体が配置されており、該一方の電極、及び、該他方の電極には電極間に電力を供給するリード線が接続されており、該放電用ガスに該リード線、該電極、該誘電体、を介して電力を供給するエキシマランプにおいて、
該放電容器の一方の端部に連接する少なくとも5つの面で区画された空間が設けられ、少なくとも5つの面で区画された該空間は、該放電容器と隔離壁によって隔離され、少なくとも5つの面で区画された該空間の外面に前記電極と電気的に接続された接続部が形成され、該接続部上に該リード線がハンダを介して接続されていることを特徴とするエキシマランプ。 - 前記少なくとも5つの面で区画された空間は、ランプ管軸方向の一方の面が開放されていることを特徴とする請求項1に記載のエキシマランプ。
- 前記少なくとも5つの面で区画された空間は、該空間の内部に、前記放電用ガスとは異なるガスであって、放電を抑制するガスが封入されていることを特徴とする請求項1に記載のエキシマランプ。
- 前記少なくとも5つの面で区画された空間は、該空間内部での放電を抑制する程度の真空状態であることを特徴とする請求項1に記載のエキシマランプ。
