Claims (5)
- 検査対象物を格納するための格納容器と、該格納容器の内部のガスを吸引する吸引手段と、前記検査対象物から漏出したガス状の検知対象物を検知可能なガス検知手段と、を備える気密性検査装置であって、
前記ガス検知手段は、前記格納容器の内部に設置され、
前記吸引手段は、前記検査対象物の周囲のガスを前記ガス検知手段に誘導可能な吸引口であって、前記検査対象物の周囲のガスを吸引するために前記格納容器内の位置に設けられる吸引口から吸引し、
前記格納容器は、前記検査対象物を格納する第1格納部と、該第1格納部の内部のガスを流通可能な第2格納部であって、前記吸引口が前記第1格納部から流通するガスを外部に吸引可能な位置となるように設けられる第2格納部と、を備えることを特徴とする気密性検査装置。 - 前記吸引手段は、前記第1格納部の内部のガスを前記第2格納部に吸引するための連通口を備える請求項1に記載の気密性検査装置。
- 前記吸引手段は、前記格納容器の内部のガスを前記吸引口から吸引するガスの流量を調整可能な調整手段を備える請求項1又は2に記載の気密性検査装置。
- 前記ガス検知手段は、前記検知対象物を検知する検知部と、該検知部に前記格納容器の内部のガスを案内する案内路と、該案内路により前記検知部まで案内されたガスの流れに対して交差する位置に設けられる排気孔と、を備える請求項1〜3のいずれか1項に記載の気密性検査装置。
- 検査対象物を格納するための格納容器と、該格納容器の内部のガスを吸引する吸引手段と、前記検査対象物から漏出したガス状の検知対象物を検知可能なガス検知手段と、を備える気密性検査装置であって、
前記ガス検知手段は、前記格納容器の内部に設置され、
前記吸引手段は、前記検査対象物の周囲のガスを前記ガス検知手段に誘導可能な吸引口であって、前記検査対象物の周囲のガスを吸引するために前記格納容器内の位置に設けられる吸引口から吸引し、
前記格納容器は、前記検査対象物を格納する第1格納部と、該第1格納部の内部のガスを流通可能な第2格納部であって、前記吸引口が前記第1格納部から流通するガスを外部に吸引可能な位置となるように設けられる第2格納部と、を備え、
前記吸引手段は、前記第1格納部の内部のガスを前記第2格納部に吸引するための連通口と、該連通口を塞ぐ蓋と、を備え、
前記蓋は、前記第2格納部に吸引されるガスを通過可能な流通孔であって、該流通孔の開口面積は、前記連通口の開口面積より小さいことを特徴とする気密性検査装置。
