Description
(1)輪状端部は、半円弧状とした半円弧部と、この半円弧部の一方の端部とロッド本体部とを接続した第1の直線部と、半円弧部の他方の端部とロッド本体部とを接続した第2の直線部を有し、第1の直線部と第2の直線部のいずれか一方をロッド本体部の長手方向に沿って設けたこと。
(2)繊維強化プラスチックロッドの一方の端部には1つの輪状端部を設けるとともに、他方の端部には、繊維強化プラスチックロッドを二股状に分岐させて第1の輪状端部と第2の輪状端部とを設け、第1の輪状端部と第2の輪状端部との間には、他の繊維強化プラスチックロッドの輪状端部を挿入可能としたこと。
(3)ロッド本体部を一体的に結合する固化剤に、繊維強化プラスチックロッドによってプレストレスを加えていること。
(4)繊維強化プラスチックロッドのロッド本体部を湾曲させたこと。

本発明のFRPロッドは、CFRPロッドである第1CFRPロッドと第2CFRPロッドを、端部で互いに連結して形成した連結ロッドである。
CFRPロッドは、一般的なPCコンクリート桁橋の形成において鉄筋の代わりに使用することは当然可能であるが、単なるコンクリート桁橋に後付でCFRPロッドを装着することによりコンクリート桁橋を補強することができる。
地滑りなどが生じるおそれのある傾斜地などでは擁壁が形成されるが、この擁壁にはアースアンカーと呼ばれる杭状の補強材を装着している。このアースアンカーでは、先端を地盤が比較的固い地層部分に固定することにより擁壁を支持しているものである。このアースアンカーに前述した連結ロッドAを用いることができる。
前述したように、連結ロッドAやCFRPロッドaの両端には、無収縮性の超早強モルタルなどによって係止体を形成し、この係止体を所定位置に装着することによって補強材として用いる場合に、弾性材料を介して係止体を所定位置に装着することにより、耐震性能または制震機能を付与することができる。
前述した連結ロッドAは、複数のCFRPロッドを長手方向に連結して構成したものであるが、CFRPロッドは長手方向だけでなく、互いに並設して一体的に結合することにより新たな構造材料を提供することが可能である。
図39は、細径のCFRPロッドaを用いて構成した節付きFRP製構造体200の概略説明図である。
前述した節付きFRP製構造体200の変形例として、図40に示すように、円盤状の支持基体201の代わりに円筒容器形状としたライナ211を用い、このライナ211の中心軸方向に沿って長手状としてCFRPロッドaをライナ211の周面に配設し、さらに、円周面状に配設されたCFRPロッドaの外周にCFRPロッドaを巻き回してCFRPロッドaによるシェルを形成した圧力容器用FRP製構造体210とすることもできる。
CFRPロッドaは、前述したように円周状に並設して円筒構造を形成する場合だけでなく、同一平面状にCFRPロッドaを並設してパネル形状とすることもできる。
前述したパネル状FRP製構造体は、金属を使用しないことにより耐候性が高く、このパネル状FRP製構造体を用いて所定の躯体を形成することにより耐候性の高い躯体とすることができる。このような躯体は、洋上での使用において極めて有効な構造物とすることができる。
Claims (5)
- 繊維材を湾曲させながら折り返すことにより形成した輪状端部を両端に備えた複数本の繊維強化プラスチックロッドを互いに両端を揃えて並設し、前記輪状端部間であるロッド本体部を固化剤で一体的に結合した繊維強化プラスチック製構造体であって、
前記輪状端部をそれぞれ前記固化剤から露出させ、露出した前記輪状端部を連結部として固着剤を介して連結し、
前記輪状端部は、半円弧状とした半円弧部と、この半円弧部の一方の端部と前記ロッド本体部とを接続した第1の直線部と、前記半円弧部の他方の端部と前記ロッド本体部とを接続した第2の直線部を有し、
前記第1の直線部と前記第2の直線部のいずれか一方を前記ロッド本体部の長手方向に沿って設けたことを特徴とする繊維強化プラスチック製構造体。 - 前記繊維強化プラスチックロッドの一方の端部には1つの輪状端部を設けるとともに、他方の端部には、前記繊維強化プラスチックロッドを二股状に分岐させて第1の輪状端部と第2の輪状端部とを設け、
前記第1の輪状端部と前記第2の輪状端部との間には、他の前記繊維強化プラスチックロッドの輪状端部を挿入可能としたことを特徴とする請求項1に記載の繊維強化プラスチック製構造体。 - 前記ロッド本体部を一体的に結合する固化剤には、前記繊維強化プラスチックロッドによってプレストレスを加えていることを特徴とする請求項1又は2に記載の繊維強化プラスチック製構造体。
- 前記繊維強化プラスチックロッドのロッド本体部を湾曲させたことを特徴とする請求項1〜3のいずれか1項に記載の繊維強化プラスチック製構造体。
- 請求項1〜4のいずれか1項に記載の繊維強化プラスチック製構造体で形成した躯体。
