Description
Claims (8)
- クロマトグラフィカラムを検出器の近傍に移動させるための装置であって、
流体を受けるための引入れ口および流体を放出するための放出口を有するクロマトグラフィ分離を実行するためのカラムを受けるように構成されたチャンバ、およびチャンバを一定温度に保つための加熱素子を備えるハウジングと、
ハウジングに結合され、ポンプまたは試料注入器に取り付けるように構成された位置決め機構であって、第1の位置と第2の位置の間でハウジングを移動させるように構成された位置決め機構と
を備え、カラムの放出口が、ハウジングが第1の位置にあるときよりも、第2の位置にあるときに、検出器により近い、クロマトグラフィカラムを検出器近傍に移動させるための装置。 - 前記検出器が、質量分光計、光ダイオードアレイ検出器のような光学検出器、ラモン光散乱検出器、吸光検出器、蛍光検出器、屈折計、電気化学検出器、および粘度検出器からなる検出器のグループから選定される、請求項1に記載の装置。
- 前記ハウジングが、カラム軸に平行に構成された架台回転軸を有する架台を有し、前記架台が、架台内に保持される際にカラムにアクセスするための開位置と閉位置の間で回転可能である、請求項1に記載の装置。
- 前記加熱素子が、架台内に配置される、請求項3に記載の装置。
- 前記加熱素子が、電気抵抗加熱器を備える、請求項4に記載の装置。
- 位置決め機構が、ハウジングをヒンジ軸の周りに回転させるように構成されたヒンジ備える、請求項1に記載の装置。
- 位置決め機構が、スライド要素を備える、請求項1に記載の装置。
- 位置決め機構が、カラムの引入れ口に結合するように構成された可撓性導管を備える、請求項1に記載の装置。
