Claims (5)
- 金属基板を被覆する方法であって、
1μm以下の初期平均表面粗さの表面(18)を有する金属結合コーティング(14)を金属基板(12)に被着させるステップと、
2.5kHz以上の周波数で逆極性高周波アーク装置によりイオンを発生させるステップと、
前記表面(18)を前記イオンで5μm以上の後続平均表面粗さに粗面加工するステップと、
セラミックコーティング(16)を前記金属結合コーティング表面(18)に被着させるステップと
を含む方法。 - 前記金属結合コーティング(14)を被着させるステップはさらに、高速フレーム溶射を使用して、金属結合コーティング要素を前記基板の上に溶射するステップを含む、請求項1記載の方法。
- 前記金属結合コーティング(14)はMCrAlYを含む(ただし、Mはニッケル、コバルト、鉄及びこれらの組合せからなる群から選択されるものである。)、請求項1又は請求項2記載の方法。
- 前記イオンを発生させるステップは、10以下のアンペア数を使用するステップを含む、請求項1乃至請求項3のいずれか1項記載の方法。
- 前記後続平均表面粗さが9μm〜15μmである、請求項1乃至請求項4のいずれか1項記載の方法。
